Once again Sofa U Love has surpassed our expectations . Ordered custom cushions for our kitchen nook / window seat and after providing a template and choosing a fabric, Alina went to work on overseeing the production of our order. Great care was taken to be sure that the cushions conformed to the unusual configuration of our bench. I never thought a window seat could feel like a big comfy couch but these beautifully hand crafted cushions have all the appeal of a solid overstuffed sofa . This review is probably a little overdue. About six months ago I visited Lilia from the Pasadena and Thousand Oaks store, needing a storage/cocktail ottoman. After searching high and low at furniture stores and online without success, I decided to look into a custom design. I gave her the dimensions I wanted, other specifications, and chose from a wide selection of fabrics. I found exactly the fabric that I pictured in my mind. After it was built, I picked it up from the store, brought it home, and unwrapped it. It was gorgeous, but something did not look right. I suddenly realized it had no storage! I called Lilia, and she addressed it immediately without hesitation. No problem. A few days later, I picked up another ottoman that was perfect. It is beautiful. They were recommended to me and Alina was outstanding in working with me to design exactly what I wanted. Then the manufacturing arm picked up the ball and made and delivered the sectional in 7 days....17 days! That was well before the promised delivery date. So again, the exceeded my expectations. The final product was flawless. I had provided pictures of what I wanted and they actually delivered 100% true to my specifications. We purchased a sofa from the Thousand Oaks store after searching all the furniture stores from Agoura to Ventura. And could not be happier. The sofa is practical, comfortable, and unique in design. The price might seem a bit higher tahn other places, but worth every penny three time fold. Love this place for its unique custom designs for an affordable price. I'd be surprised if you find something simillar anywhere alse. The customer service is also great. At this store you get a great personal service from Staci. Bought a custom sectional, a custom sofa, an upholstered armchair, and two ottomans for our family room. Vicky did an outstanding job of helping us select the styles and fabrics for the furniture. We were able to buy high end custom pieces at discount store prices. The furniture was delivered on time and installed perfectly. After installation, the sofa cushions had a problem with the down feathers coming though the fabric. We brought them back and had them repaired to our total satisfaction.
