This is the second store I visit for wedding dresses and from beginning to end I felt so special and like I was at my own personal wedding store. From the start to the end of the appointment I was impressed with their professionalism. When Covid hit I was heartbroken that I wouldn't get the bridesmaids & family shopping experience. Well I was wrong.... Sofia Bella did a zoom call and made everyone feel included!!! They had 5 dresses pre-selected and the attention to details including picking the perfect veil won my heart. The shop is gorgeous and Brides if you want your consultant to taylor the experience for you this is the place!! The dress is amazing and it fits my personality perfectly!! If they do such an excellent job in the middle of this crisis then this should be every brides first stop!! When you know u just know! I was more than a bride, I feel like a close friend. My daughter had booked an appointment with Kiki, the NOW previous Store Director.... I found out Kiki no longer works for the Company. She was a delight at the Bridal Show! Both me and my daughter loved talking to her. I will say at the show, i did see one of the owners Glen be rude to Kiki i thought this was out of frustration because they were so busy with brides and my daughter was excited, i went up to Kiki and asked if she was okay and she was shaken up after he yelled at her. I am writing this review because my daughter will not be attending her appointment and will not buy her dress at Sofia Bella Bridal. And please keep in mind they blocked MY daughter and her friends on IG. We will follow Kiki to her next Job at the new Bridal Store she goes to work for. . Kiki, best of luck you were so kind! Nice and small bridal spot. Parking is a hassle there's a lot of signs where you can't park because your car will get towed. You either park in front of the shop which gets filled up easily or on the street. It was my first stop here and the girl who helped was really nice and helpful. They don't let you try on too many dresses at least I tried on 6. One thing I didn't know is, you can't ask about whom the designer of the dress is (thought it was weird) they just say it is "Private label". When I was trying on my last dress, the girl said she had to finish soon because she had another appointment...Hmmm the place was empty I didn't think there was a need to rush me. My experience here was not a bad one. I feel because the bridal shop is small and of course they want to bring in more customers they should be more considerate and let brides try on as many dresses as they wish. Also, don't rush us because what if we are thinking about buying a gown with you guys... it is not an easy decision. Last suggestion is to please let customers know about where to park ahead of time. read more

I booked my appointment with Sofia Bella after going to two other shops with little to no luck and my good friend found her dress here. One of the things I liked most about this shop was their in house designers. With social media being what it is today, so many brides end up with the same dresses and I really did not want that. This also allows more customization options with certain dresses within their collection. I was pretty undecided on what I wanted but shared dresses that I had liked from other shops and was very honest about what I didn't. I believe it took four dresses for my stylist to pull the dress I went with. What I liked most was that I did not feel pushed into anything. I knew I really liked the dress but wasn't 100%. They let me try a few different veils, I took the dress off and got ready to leave but wanted to try the dress on one more time before going. They had no problem with that. I ultimately decided I loved the dress but wished it had a little bit of sparkle. My dress wasn't one of the ones included in their customizable collection but they offered to include a few packs of beading with the dress for alterations to add and I was sold. I went this past weekend to pick up my dress and it ended up being VERY big on me due to my recent weight lost.Kiki assured me it would be fine and alterations could take it in no problem and even recommended someone off their preferred alterations lists. This was something I was very nervous about before I picked up the dress as I've lost about 25 pounds(about 2 dress sizes) since ordering the dress and would probably loose another 10 before the wedding - medical reasons not necessarily by choice. When I told Kiki I'd likely loose more weight she was comforting and spoke to Cindy as I had a moment with my friend and my dress. I was very lucky that they had several sizes of my dress in production right at that moment, one of which happened to be my new size. Cindy came over and confirmed alterations would have to take in a lot of the dress for it to fit me and instead offered to keep the dress I ordered and give me the smaller one when it arrived in a few months which would still give me time for alterations. They then put me back into the sample I had originally tried one a few months ago which now fit perfectly so we could confirm that was the size I needed. I left feeling very lucky, put at ease and well taken care of. I honestly wish I could buy wedding dresses every year just to give more business to them. 100% recommend. read more
