On top of that, I have to drive two hours to go to that location so I ended up driving two hours getting a hotel to spend the night, and they had no care or concern no empathy or compassion! I live in NH and take the bus to South Station; then a 15 minute walk to 'Help Relax Me' for Penny's Thai Massage and Bodywork. I have an illness with a common recurring symptom of muscle rigidity sometimes lasting days. Inevitably this rigidity gets ahead of my efforts. So I often turn to Massage. I request a 90 minute Traditional Thai Combination. Penny performs deep tissue, acupressure, hot stone, cupping and more! Then there is the stretching! I walk out of the studio with relaxed muscles, a body aligned and in balance. For me, on day 2, I feel great. The relief last for a few weeks. My illness is Parkinson's Disease.
