Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Add-on was helping with taking water there and recommending chemicals in between. Kevin was here Tuesday and cleaned and checked chemicals (??!??) I told him I needed salt. I had seen the salt chlorinator had a red light and said 'check salt' still after he left I took the water to add-on. They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. He then told me he couldn't service my pool because I 'under minded him' !!! And never came back!! Well, thanks Kevin (waaah-waaah) I thought I was helping and was having a family BBQ on Saturday! What a joke! What lack of professionalism! This is what's wrong with the world today!! Waah waah my feelings are hurt I can't work for you!
