Right off the bat, the toppings and seasonings are mostly different. A classic elote has cotija cheese, mayo, butter, lime, and tajin. This one they use sour cream and chili powder instead which was not bad. It gave a different flavor profile, but it didn't completely transform what elote really was. Would come back to try again. I prefer their onion rings over their fries. The onion rings aren't greasy, but they are on the crispier side if you prefer that. I prefer my onion rings lightly beer battered and not so crispy.
