He didn't, the waitress came back, and we told her I wanted green and red salsa, and she told me the green salsa was very hot. I told her to take back the veggie tacos cause they're cold already, and I can't eat them. Wth all this back-and-forth, I'm now in front of naf knaf grill, and I'm gonna get some falafel there. Employees were spraying chemicals around each other near the food preparation area, which felt very unsanitary and unprofessional. On top of that, staff members were on their phones and barely acknowledged customers or greeted anyone walking in. The atmosphere made it seem like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues.
