I stopped in with a coworker for a quick lunch. I love that you order on a large iPad, great technology! I ordered the signature salad with blackened chicken. It was fresh, delicious, and a very nice portion! The house made balsamic vinaigrette was so good! They do not have an option for unsweetened tea which is a disappointment for "healthy dining." Bowl places keep popping up and some are better than others. SoFresh, while a bit pricey, is better than many. You can have a hot or cold bowl. I opted for hot, as did my family. I did a design your own bowl. I got 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 zucchini "noodles." For protein I chose tofu. The tofu was tender and you can tell it had not been sitting waiting to be ordered. The zucchini wasn't thin little strips and was delicious. I had apples, cucumber, edamame, feta and avocado. Feta & avocado are considered premium adds. It would have been nice to have more than 3 add ons. My daughter had the salmon which she enjoyed as well. My husband had the chicken, again, he liked it a lot. I had a banana, peanutbutter & date smoothie made with almond milk. It was DELICIOUS! My daughter opted for apple & kale. The seating is not really conducive for more than parties of 2. They do have some outside seating as well and one booth. We were lucky to have the booth. All in all, we would definitely return. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There is a free parking lot. The salmon was excellent. It was a thick cut and very well seasoned and moist. I took off a star for the chicken being all dark meat. I prefer white chicken. I like they offer red quinoa, but there was definitely more brown rice than quinoa. Can't tell you how many times I've tried to give this place a chance since I live in the neighborhood directly behind here. One time an order was taken but store wasn't open. Second time my order took more than 15 minutes to be placed on the app because of random glitches. At first, I thought the place was a little bit expensive for what it was. I was wrong. We had three custom bowls, and there was no skimping on what was in it. Everything was really fresh. I can't really go into detail about what what my wife and daughter had, but they really enjoyed what they had. Although there is one detail my wife pointed out, the tofu and zucchini noodles. She said, "They were grilled perfect and tasted yummy." Me, I also had a custom bowl. It was quinoa and zucchini noodles, topped with chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, jalapeños, cucumber, and wakame salad, I have to say I agree with her about what she said about the zucchini noodles. We've eaten in plenty of bowl restaurants, and I think this place was really good. As for the restaurant, it's kept clean, and the little bit of service they provided is not bad. Tried this place out today for lunch, and am not impressed at all. Tried the Caesar wrap, and a tuna poke bowl. In the bowl, the tuna was tough, and the avocado was hard. Also only had a brown rice option (no white rice) so it tasted more "earthy" than most bowl. Only finished half. For the Caesar wrap, there was hardly any chicken (though chicken was a paid for add in) and just generally was less than average. Likely won't be back. read more

I love Jessica Abrahams baked french patisserie, everything is made to order, only fresh ingredients, they are amazingly friendly and very accommodating. You place your order and then get a text to pick it up when its ready . They bring your order to your car and place it on a mat in the car for protection. SoFresh is honestly one of the most disappointing places I have ever tried. The food is completely bland and the meats, both the beef and the chicken, are extremely salty and taste anything but fresh. The portions are unbelievably small and you feel like you are being ripped off from the moment you open the container. They market themselves with a name like SoFresh to make people think they are serving something healthy and high quality, but it is absolutely the opposite. It feels like a scam. You get almost nothing for the money and the amount of sodium they load into the meat is insane. It tastes like they use salt to cover up how old the food actually is. Everything comes out tasting bland but overly salty at the same time which makes no sense unless the ingredients are not fresh at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I am certain most people will be disappointed just like I was. Any five star reviews must be from people connected to them or people who were given something for free because there is no way this food earns genuine high ratings. read more

The place was pretty busy and it's a very nice atmosphere but it's in a very busy shopping center with very difficult parking at times. My sweet potatoes were also burnt on one side as well as the grilled tofu being burnt. When ordering, I could partially look into the kitchen, and the floor was covered with food and trash. Not sure if someone had been in the middle of sweeping, and just stopped, though they were not busy when I was there. Also, it took about 15 minutes for the food which I thought was unreasonable given that they were not busy and other bowl places are much faster.
