I started going to this place to get too good to go bags and their bowls are so good that now I go there even if I don't get a discount. I usually get white rice with chicken, sweet potato, Sauti, vegetable vegetables like pepper and onion. they have really good buffalo cauliflower that I absolutely love my husband loves it too. The staff is always really nice and helpful. They're quick and you're not in there for too long so if you need a healthy meal and you don't have time to sit down for a full dinner at a restaurant, but you don't feel like going home to cook. I didn't feel like eating anything too heavy tonight. I wanted something light, yet filling...like a fresh prepared salad with some protein. I knew just the place to get exactly that. I arrived at the Bal Harbour Square an hour before closing time. There were people inside either eating, placing an order to go, or picking up an online order. A friendly male employee greeted me then prepared my chicken Caesar salad order. I patiently stood there and watched as the male employee piled the bowl full of fresh romaine and kale, tender chicken pieces, chick peas (I asked to have that added), crispy croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing before thoroughly tossing everything and transferring it into a carry out container. The only thing I didn't take into account was that Just Salad does not take cash as a form of payment, debit or credit cards only. The salad definitely hit the spot and was filling. This is by far my favorite place to get a salad. The salads are always fresh and flavorful, and there is a good variety to choose from. You can also get rice bowls and wraps, but I personally do not care for taste of the wrap they use. The staff are always super friendly and eager to help, especially when making your own salad. I also love the sustainability measures they have, such as being able to bring a reusable bowl. I have also ordered online for pickup several times and it normally is seamless. On occasions, they can be backed up and my order was not ready on time. But an employee came over to check on me and make sure my order was prepared ASAP. read more

I really love Just Salad, especially their Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. I've ordered it countless times for pickup and delivery when I can't make it in person. When they get it right, it's fresh, delicious, and one of my go-to meals. UNFORTUNATELY, I've had about 5-6 delivery orders made incorrectly, and today was another frustrating example. The salad came with spicy chicken instead of crispy, the carrots and quinoa were completely missing, the feta was barely there, and they even added pumpkin seeds which weren't part of my order. I'm paying extra to have it customized. It's such a letdown because I really do love their food...but the inconsistency makes it hard to trust my orders anymore. When it's delivered wrong, there's no easy way to get it fixed, and it ends up being a wasted meal. Drizzle a little lime juice on it and it's perfection. Their portions are just right too. I was ecstatic to learn that they either just opened or will be opening soon a location near home in Coral Springs. Can't wait to try that one out! Just salad is one of my favorite spots and this location was no exception, they offer great bowls, wraps, and drinks with more side items for purchase. The servers are always friendly. They have great soups and you can get a soup and salad combo for a great price. Heck you can get a full meal for a deal. I love how they have warm or cold bowl options and combinations . It's always casual in here and you can grab your order pretty quickly if you place it ahead of time. Like most restaurants now they have a section for pick up as well but if you walk in instead don't worry about it because they're pretty fast in the line. On this day, we went for a few different items. We chose to do the build your own bowls, one vegetarian, one mixed, we also had their tasty soups. Everything was fresh and fast. To start off I'm not sure any has business has ever had a a more fitting name, and not because all they serve are salads but rather, it is just salad. After driving past this place a thousand times since it opened we tried it and meh. There is nothing groundbreaking about the flavors or combinations. The pictures look amazing too but that's not what you get. Every topping or substitution is an extra charge. And the staff felt like they had better things to do when it was sorta busy, they felt as if they were swamped. They did make the salads correctly but the taste was mediocre at best and I love salad! I had the Buffalo cauliflower salad and the pic showed BIG JUICY FLORETS but what I got was just small slivers of soggy cauliflower I could barely find and they were just smothered in hot sauce, not Buffalo sauce. A poor effort. I miss salad creations and sweet tomatoes. :( read more

I have literally never had a bad salad here. There menu options are all so delicious, but you can also make your own, if none of those are appealing. The ingredients are fresh, and there's just something about having a perfectly mixed and dressed salad that makes it more enjoyable. My favorite meal is a salad. I miss sweet tomatoes so much! I was elated when I saw Just Salad in my Yelp search. The cucumbers were wet and mushy. With the build your own, you're only allowed to add four ingredients and no protein. I already knew I was going to still be hungry. However, I added a smoothie so I thought that would fill me up. I was wrong because It was watery. It tasted like one ingredient (almond butter). I quickly realized it was because it had chunks of fruit that were not blended, and got stuck in the drink straw. My friend ate the chicken noodle soup and said it was extremely salty. We purchased two meals and were given two napkins. We asked for a water cup at check out. When we were leaving we realized we didn't get it so we had to go back and ask for water and more napkins. They don't have a self service station where you can get your napkins, forks, or salt. We entered the clean restaurant, and just looking at all the fresh ingredients my interest was piqued! We stood back and read over the menu, and my mouth began watering. There were severe things that looked good to me, but I settled on the Rancher Bowl, which featured chicken, avocado, roasted corn, roasted cauliflower, and pickled onions. Every item was absolutely delicious! Even the cauliflower, a vegetable I have never liked, was good! My friend took even longer than I did to decide, and he ended up getting the warm chicken and goat cheese bowl, and he loved all of his ingredients as well. I wish I had gotten the reusable bowl, because it's only $1 and gets you a free topping every time you come in. I ordered 5 salads with a delivery service and to my disappointment 4 of 5 of my salads were not prepared properly. The Chicken Poblano salad is our favorite and this is what we order the majority of the time. We were missing the lime, the avocado was hard and we were missing the extra dressing we paid extra for. I would always prefer to go in person to see what is being prepared but unfortunately I am unable to. It is unfortunate that I cannot trust an establishment like Just Salads to make sure staff is providing excellent service not only to in person customers but also to those customers who are unable to come in person. I've been to Just Salad's many times and decided to provide fellow Yelpers my take on my experience. There is plenty of free parking, the place is kept very clean, and employees that attended me were very nice and professional (visit date 12/18/22 around 6 pm). I love this place because they always have everything very fresh and love the menu choices. If there are items you don't like on a salad they will substitute with another comparable. I had decided on the Pick 2 which is there combo. I chose Thai Chicken Crunch and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Everything was delicious and I always ask for my dressing on the side so I can add as I eat so it's to my liking. Delicious and calories are clearly labeled everywhere on the screen menu so you know you're eating very healthy. I can't wait to be back!! read more
