It felt very unprofessional, so I thought maybe I should try a studio next. I am so glad I found Studio Velle!! April did my lashes, and though her previous appt ran a bit long (that girl is BOOKED!), I didn't have to wait too long. And honestly, the wait is worth it. I appreciated that they accept "foreign" fills and didn't charge me for a full set (like other salons do). I told April what I wanted, slight cat eye and somewhere between hybrid and volume and wow she blew me away. I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes. It's been 5/6 days so far and literally only 1 lash has fallen out; this is unheard of from my other lash techs. I truly think I could trust anyone at this salon, they care so much, it's palpable! I am excited to continue to build a relationship with this salon, much appreciated for all the work you do!

Disclaimer: apparently they don't do 3d art on nails here like the flowers but they use premade flowers to stick on nails like gems, at least the woman who did my nails. I do want to highlight and shoutout the nail tech Dat (I think that was the name) she did my pedi and full set gel x long nails. It's been exactly 5 weeks and none of my nails have popped/broke off. There is only one nail that lifted but all other nails have no lifting and I am constantly washing my hands and wash dishes and cook everyday. I've never had a set last this long so great prep job! Only thing I was disappointed about was that she didn't know how to do 3d flowers which were in the reference photo I showed her before anything got started and 2 of my fingers didn't match the others in color and when I asked her if she could redo it she said she couldn't bc she'd have to redo the whole nail. My nails came out decent but I really wanted them to come out like the reference photo but she couldn't do 3d art and didn't have the chrome. I told her if she had builder gel to make it but I guess she's never heard of it before. But anyway 5 stars for the quality of the set but have to bring it down to 3 stars for the massage chair and nail design. Also, my leg massage for the mani was nonexistent.
