I always come here for a car wash and sometimes they do a great job, sometimes they don't. You have to specifically tell them to vacuum good and not to forget the trunk.. also just recently went and they didn't wile my interior good it was still sticky.. i hope they see this and tell their employees they need to clean better. read more

I have taken my car to a few places around town. Most people do a decent job of detailing it after it has gone through the wash rack. Jose at soft touch car wash went far beyond what I expected making sure that every window and every square inch of surface of my car was squeaky clean. I have had such a hard time finding a good car wash to suit my picky needs, but I saw the reviews for this place and had a good feeling. I dragged my sister along and told her that some reviews said they take a while but it's worth it. I pulled up and ordered the $17 or $18 wash, which, I believe was one of the more extensive ones. We walked in and paid, and went into the waiting room. Super comfy couches! And massage chairs, if you want to pay for it. We waited only twenty or so minutes and I was nervous because it didn't seem possible to be thorough in that amount of time. I was glad to be proved wrong. My car was wiped down and looked like it could've been brand new. I was stoked. Quick, thorough and not too expensive! I'll definitely be back. My only nitpick is that I asked for the strawberry scent but they gave me the lemon. Not a fan of lemon and having to smell that. If you're out of a particular scent, ask your customer what they would prefer. Doesn't affect my want to return and make this my usual car wash, though. (P.S. Go a little further west down Riverside and stop at Taco Dudes! Awesome Mexican food.) read more

Been going here for a while. Paid for the top value wash "express wax" and received a car back that looked as good as me taking it to the coin wash. Inside barely wiped down dust and dirt still in my console and no exterior dressing. The workers said they only do that for more money and the counter lady said they never do it. Well they always did it before! Won't be back again. read more

I have 4 cars and will no longer bring my vehicles there ever! We used to go there with 2 cars each week and after hearing the horror story today about Omar the manager we are done. In a business myself I will also tell a friend of the complete and utter lack of respect for your customers. You do not scream at a woman, you talk to her. To tell her she had a crack already is complete crap. You should pay for her windshield and you know this Omar. I do t think you understand the family concept in chino. BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS IN CHINO UNTIL HE PAYS FOR THE DAMAGE AND APOLOGIZES Omar sent me the typical "I'm not at fault" and "she yelled at me" response. First time here. Since the establishments in the Diamond Bar area aren't rates well, I thought I'd travel a little further for a better rating place. Workers are nice and my car was washed within a decent amount of time. Main reason for the low rating is due to the quality of work. Interior area was not cleaned that well. Purchased their best basic carwash option today at $27.99 which is a lot of money for a carwash and should have just done it myself. The mirrors were left with smudges, the cup holders were not wiped down with any effort , the back seat was not vaccummed properly, the interior was poorly cleaned and they forgot to use the air freshener I requested. I was on a tight schedule for the day and didn't have time for them to fix the issues. This is the most convenient car wash to my home but I will have to find an alternative in the future. read more

Been coming here for a long time. Lately it's been to get the oil changed. Expect better service when not crowded and when it's not 100 degrees outside. We use to get the full service detail on our mini van couple years back and it was always spectacular. I took my baby yesterday as she was in desperate need of some TLC. I stopped here after my Saturday shift at work and they promptly took her in. The man taking your car wash order seemed indifferent and as jovial as lemon juice. I explained I wanted my car hand washed (the machines are always harsh on my car). And I left my baby at the vacuum station and off she went for the process. I paid for the hand wash, Midas touch at 22.99 There is ample seating outside and inside the lobby. The lobby is clean and spacious and air conditioned. Wifi available. Refreshments and assorted accessories available at the cashier. I waited for a while, and I could see my car parked and cleaned, but I had not been notified she was ready. They honk your car's horn and jiggle the car keys to notify you when the car is ready. I must have been inside in the lobby when she was ready; The attendant was gracious when he explained this to me and apologized to me for the excessive wait time. My car is beautiful! They did a decent job and she is nice and glossy. She sparkles! I will take my car here again when she's in dire need of some TLC. read more

Although I didn't speak to the supervisor, he was inspecting the cars and even wiping areas he deemed necessary - I have definitely not seen this at other places! Terrible customer service! It's been a while since I went to this place for an oil change because I realized ALL they do is change the oil. No checking other fluids or anything. The catch is the "free" car wash. I really needed a wash so I gave them a call because I wanted to see how long the wait was. I remember I used to have to leave my car there for hours which is another reason why I hadn't been back. Anyways I called on a Tuesday at 11:30 and the woman that picked up was beyond rude. When I asked how long the wait would be for a car wash/oil change (totally valid question) she responded "I'm not sure, I'd have to ask the oil change guys"... umm, okay? So ask them! Then I responded with "how much is it for an oil change? And is the car wash still free?" She again sounded annoyed and answered "it depends on the oil. How about you just come in, okay?" Click. HUNG UP! Unbelievable. I use synthetic oil. Surely she could've given me a quote based on that. This place has officially lost my business indefinitely.
