High points for: friendly service and clean facility. However- I walked in there wanting a dental cleaning and never got that far. Did get the x-rays and exams but then got a huge price sheet of what I will need; services that would cost me over $700. Because I had paid the $69 before I sat in the chair, I was refunded $20. The weirdest part: When I asked for a copy of my x-rays I was told I needed to pay a $20 "extraction fee". I am not really sure if I will be going back. read more

Got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted for $381 (total cost $1,581 with 20% copay and insurance max out at $1,500, so copay $381). Everything went well. The only weird thing is that the x-ray exam cost me $300 (copay 20%, so $60), which was done in less than 15 minutes. I guess it was done to max out my dental insurance for year which is $1500. One of the patient's mom told me the surgeon that does the wisdom teeth extraction is from Hawaii, come in once a month only to do wisdom teeth extractions. Done over 10,000 wisdom teeth extraction surgery. So very experienced. Kaur and her staff were polite. Good office hour. read more

If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr. Sandhu is the perfect choice. I have been there multiple times now, and each experience has been the best I have ever had. She is kind, punctual, and always very professional. I was having issues with my crown but being a skilled dentist she relieved me of my toothache in a very painless way. She is thorough, explains your options, doesn't try to push services and listens to your opinion. The office is clean and modern, with a TV in patient chair so you can watch as being operated upon. The office also has a small area which kept my toddler occupied and received a goody bag of dental items, that was a bonus. I would 100% recommend. All I can say is... wow! I have never seen or heard of a dentist office like this before. When I walked in, the office was very nice and welcoming. I didn't even feel like I was at a dentist office. The first thing I noticed--of course--was the Keurig coffee machine in the waiting area (free coffee!!!! I love coffee and love any place with good coffee). The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable too. I had a tour of the dental office before getting to sit in "the" chair. It was beautiful--no lies. Usually when you go to a dental office, you would feel nervous, anxious, scared. In this office, you'd feel relax. With smooth jazz playing lightly in the background (I love smooth jazz so sucks for those who don't) and neutral wall colors, you'd feel like you're at home. I literally felt like I was at home in my room because the walls of the rooms were painted with the exact same color as my room (pastel green)! What a coincidence is that? That only means that the owners of this place really thought through about the details of their dental office. The art on the walls were beautiful. I was told Dr. Kaur's husband took some of the photos and framed it (he could have been lying, but probably not). You know a dentist office is great when there was a lot of thought and effort put into it. Let's talk about technology now. I'm an engineer so of course I would love all the up-to-date technology at this dentist office. They had things I would have never thought that dentist offices would have! Every patient has their own television and the patient can watch whatever they want. With the television, there is a Bluetooth wireless headphone. Seriously?! WHY can't my dentist do this too!? THE chair is leather and soft--very comfortable. The doctor has controls of the chair and so does the dentist assistant. The chair moves smoothly and quietly. On the patient's personal TV, he/she can see his/her own x-ray images and pictures of his/her teeth. Yup, I said it: the doctor will show pictures of his/her teeth! I will talk more about that later. Speaking of the doctor, she has her own personal PC monitor behind the chair where she can do the paperwork/control the patient's TV. Even the doctor has cool technology--she has a wireless keyboard and mouse! No wires will ever get in the way--which means no one will be tripping over anything! Jeez...my current dentist doesn't even have a computer in the whole dentist office. What does that say about Soft Touch Dental? I needed to get my wisdom teeth checked because my current dentist only tells me that I should get them removed (no details given). I sat on THE chair. I have never ever felt so comfortable in a dentist chair before. They did not buy just ANY cheap chair; they really scoped it out. They are really thinking about the patients! After I sat on the chair, Dr. Kaur's assistant tended to me first (shame that I forgot her name). She was also very kind. She told me what she was going to do, which was putting these little devices in my mouth to take x-rays. These little devices...I have never seen them in my life. At my current dentist, they put these flat and sharp rectangles in my mouth--they feel like cardboard. At Soft Touch Dental, they have a newer technology. I think they are some plastic things that are wired. I'm not quite sure how to explain them. It is covered with a plastic bag every time it is used for a new patient. It is a bit thicker than the usual flat rectangles, but it doesn't hurt at all. Surprisingly, I did not tear up or gag. The assistant was very gentle and warned me when she was about to put the x-ray device in. She told me that if it hurts, then just spit it out and we'll do it again. She also advised me to take deep slow breaths--my current dentist just shoved it in my mouth and said nothing. Right after all the x-rays were taken, the x-rays showed up on my personal TV screen within a minute (A-M-A-Z-I-N-G). Dr. Kaur came in and looked at all the x-rays. Dr. Kaur examined my x-rays of my wisdom teeth and gave me an explanation of what is happening and what I should do. I asked her about why my x-rays looked weird, and she patiently explained everything. Then she looked at my wisdom teeth (two are grown out). She said one of my wisdom teeth has cavities. I asked her, how does she know just from looking? She then takes this cool tiny tube camera thing and takes a picture of my wisdom tooth. The picture instantly shows on my TV screen. Unbelievable...I didn't believe my current dentist, but now I believe them because of Dr. Kaur. On my TV screen was my wisdom tooth with the cavities. It was disgusting. I cannot believe that tooth has been in my mouth this whole time! With that said, Dr. Kaur has given me courage to make my appointment for wisdom removal. Anyway, that was my experience. If only this place was closer, then I would have gone there instead. I'd recommend this place to anyone; I already did for my dad (he lives closer). read more

This place is very clean and very welcoming NO DOUBT. customer service was on point but a little 'too' on point with the dental assistant (she just talks too much, takes away from the peace in their office). i came in before my vegas trip since i was having tooth pain and didn't want it to interfere with vacation. I like how the dentist took me in right away and created a filling. Problem though.. they tried to sell me into all these different things (which i did NOT have money, time for) my filling also got messed up when i got back and until this day one month later it is still messed up. i have to find a new dentist that is willing to fix the problem and not sell me into other things. she also cut my tongue with one of her instruments and told me it was because my tongue was 'moving' too much. I have been to a dentist several times and never had this happen. overall, customer service was good but the actual work and what i spent money for didn't do it for me. read more

Firstly i thank Dr Kaur for attending my wife when she was in an emergency. My wife was on severe tooth ache and was in search for a good Dentist. Dr.Kaur was so gentle and kind in handling my wife and explaining her what the issue was. Dr. Kaur made my wife feel so comfortable and relaxed during the visit. Dr. Kaur is very professional and humble. I have always been nervous visiting dentists and never took proper care of my teeth before my first visit to her earlier this year. Dr. Kaur very nicely explained certain problems that needed to be addressed and made good recommendations. She ran the list through me with price estimates but never pushed me to get everything done. I knew it was important to address the issues and was pleased with getting various treatments done with her - deep cleaning and crown were major ones. The name 'soft touch' is very apt for her practice. The helper is also very sweet and made me feel comfortable when I would start to get edgy (especially when getting anesthetic shots). She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and replacing four old damaged silver fillings with new white fillings. My teeth looked and felt so good, I couldn't stop smiling for a week. This is not a good dental office they are very unprofessional and lie and cheat people out of their money and don't ask or tell people before doing procedures and hit them with big bills afterwards. They don't care about customer service or quality service. One minute they will try to get you to pay for something and if you question it suddenly no payment is needed be careful! They told me i had to pay for something i had no knoweldge of and when i told them i could pay a certain amount they agreed to my face when i said type me a bill confirming the receptionist kimberly rolled her eyes and wouldnt make it. Then they told me i had to pay what they wanted and said they never agreed with me i was so shocked by the dentists work ethics. When i spoke to the dentist about all of this she started making childish facial expressions and giving me attitude so i understand why the receptionist acted that way she has no professionalism, then she left the room and wouldn't come out of her office while her receptionist continued to give me attitude and lie. Like the bad reviews below she makes many mistakes and is not careful at all. Her work is so bad and inexperienced so I reported her to Better Business Bureau and American Dental Associated. BBB gave her a bad review on their site as well. She fixed a chipped tooth and that week it chipped again she didn't fix it but made me pay even though she said she would redo it. When i went in she simply said it didn't break even though the shape was completely different with a sharp edge. After 2 months the chipped teeth she added fillings to are coming off they use bad quality material and will have to get it redone by a experienced doctor.I payed for invisalign and when my teeth weren't straight at the end she expected me to pay extra money to order more trays! On my consultation she said we will make your teeth straight you just have to pay one time and we will order additional after, she is full of lies. read more
