The place is similar to how other tailoring places are - clothes neatly hung and as clean as they could be. They did a great job with my dress and even advised me on how I should care for it because of the material. The price is slightly higher than my regular tailor but it was still fair considering it was like a rush request. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend this place. The owner honored the quoted price. UNFORTUNATELY, a week after actually unzipping the suit out from the garment bag, The buttons from my custom suit were chipped. I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. It would have been a different issue if I looked at it and scanned the suit before leaving the dry cleaner.
