All of them are very detailed-oriented and thorough with the quality of work with each of their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing as well. If they are busy with clients, they usually allow you to wait until they're done with their client or can even schedule day/time to come back another time with great customer service. It's usually cash-based, but they have other cash-app services you can use, so you can ask them to make sure. Highly recommend this place for any gentleman and/or ladies! Keep in mind I asked the nail tech multiple times to fix my tips as she kept using the acetone method with a brush to do the tips and it kept resulting in uneven tips. The deeper part of the curve for French tip has to be in the middle and she kept making one side higher than the other. I probably corrected 4-5 nails and was hoping she'd care about the quality by then and I finally just gave up and didn't say anything anymore. I'd think they'd treat new customers or all customers with some level of quality because you guys clearly have some high reviews but maybe it was a bad day for her idk. I just can't imagine how bad my nails would've been had I NOT said anything. And still charge me that much for the work done? That is absurd. My toe still stings from the TWO cuts. This came out to 105 bucks which was so not worth the price. She didn't clean up any of my cuticles or clean up underneath my nails it seems. I'll attach photos of my nails where you can clearly see they are uneven. Still tipped and all but I regret coming here. Right before a wedding I have to attend tomorrow too. AND just looked at my gel pedicure again and my toes are not even fully painted on the sides of my toe nail where it's visible.

I'm order to have "V" I need to make an appointment which is usually for me Sunday's. V is so nice and gentle with my hands, does a good job and I leave happy with the end results. Immediately off the bat, she acted completely offended and wouldn't even look at my hand to see what I was talking about. She kept looking about the room and speaking in her native language and slammed one of her nail tools on the table and then insisted all the nails were the same length. I kept trying to get her to actually look at my nails. When she finally did, she said someone else would have to help me. When I called her out on her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and action, she said she was not going to help me as I "don't like" her. I reminded her that I've been to this salon several times over the last year and this is the only time I've ever been treated in such a manner. Nu ended up doing my manicure and was able to fix the mess that Linda left. I'm typing this up as I'm in the massage chair receiving an amazing pedicure from Susan. I went in last week to get a pedicure and I had gel nail over a month long which were almost off no nail. I asked to remove my nail polish and cut cuticle. I got this and a gel pedicure. I usually get gel nail gel pedicure and eyebrows and my total is the most I've paid 112. This time I went in I got charge 100 for gel pedicure and remove my nail polish. The owner was not in this day as I normally pay with her, there's was a new lady and both the lady that charged me and another lady were confused on what to charge me. Overall I was charged 100 dollars for gel pedicure and remove my nail polish and cut cuticle when other times I've got more than this. I asked the lady why so much she explained the service and at this point I was already upset that I just paid and left. I was overcharged and the amounts do not match to what I normally pay for more than what I got this day.

I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue.
