When they first opened, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Now, the staff often seem rude and unfriendly. They spend a lot of time chatting with each other while customers are waiting, which makes appointments take longer than necessary. Their responses to customers can come across as dismissive and unprofessional, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Another downside is that they don't allow customers to use the restroom, which is frustrating, especially if you've been waiting for a while. The only reason I've continued coming back is because their eyebrow threading prices are very reasonable. However, I've realized that I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and receive excellent customer service. A good price doesn't make up for consistently poor treatment. After being a loyal customer for years, it's disappointing to say that I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

My usual eyebrow lady does them within 15 minutes or less and it seemed to have doubled at this location; she was very slow and the job somehow was worse. She was hesitant to trim the ends, which is something that I always have done by my original eyebrow lady. My eyebrows were uneven as one was arched and the other was curved so I had to tell her to trim the ends or take off more above the arch. She had to go back in several times and each time she failed to do what I asked her. My eyebrows were 3 weeks grown out and I could literally see my shape yet she failed to see it. I left unsatisfied and tried to clean them up with tweezers afterwards.

After she stopped doing eyebrows, Ana became my favorite, and most recently I saw Mariana--and she is amazing! I did have one bad experience where my brows were left a little uneven and thinner than I like, but I decided to give them another chance, and I'm so glad I did. Since then, they have not disappointed. The quality of work here is incredible. I've paid $60-$80 for eyebrow services elsewhere and honestly gotten the same or even better results here.
