I don't believe this pizza place ever learned the value of customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them...today our office tried to phone in an order and was abruptly told to go on line and order..we did and we received the wrong pizzas..when I called to speak with the owner/manager he would not give his name,told me we must have ordered wrong..we ordered a margarita pizza ..which is made with tomatoes.. And another pizza with two different halves...We got two white pizzas..one with oregano!! And the other with all meat...The owner called back and said it was our fault nothing is wrong with their website..no apology..no concession....we will never order from here again read more

This was my favorite pizza spot in town, but due to their nasty attitude and poor customer service skills unfortunately it no longer is. The office I work for ordered there a lot until we had a nasty experience. I was on the phone and was put on hold which was fine, but once the phone was answered I was asked what did I need. As I started talking I was put on hold mid sentence, a minute or so later the guy was back on the phone and I told him that was very rude which to my surprise he said I'm busy just keep talking which again was extremely rude. I ended up placing my order, but then decided to call back and ask for delivery and after being out on hold again the guy that answered the phone asked "what do you want?". I was extremely annoyed and just hung up. Fat forward to picking up my salads and going back to work. When we opened our salads we were missing items we were promised were in the back before leaving the pizza shop and not only that, but one of the salads was not fresh at all. We called to let them know and all they continuously did was argue back and say how people do that just to get free stuff. Our whole point is that we spend so much money there weekly for us to get such shitty service and not so fresh produce. A couple of days later I went to pick up a free salad they said I can have because my previous one was bad. As I go to pick it up yet AGAIN they're going back and forth with me about how their produce is always fresh. The arguing was very unnecessary and they should really learn how to take a critique and be quiet. Btw when I went into the shop the first time to pick up the salads they were not busy AT ALL!!! Which made me confused about the way I was cut off mid sentence and put on hold. read more

Pizza & salads are very good! Top 3 pizza places im Danbury other than Stanziatos or Tuscaneros. Their pizzas dont ever change. The offer a consistant product but don't have any specialty pizzas ready made. Bacon pizza or the grandma is my favorite! Only about 4 tables and a small area eith bar stools to eat-in.. During the summer there is outdoor seating too. There are like 1-2 nice guys that work there but most of them are pretty rude.. But the foods good. read more

Terrible service for delivery. Don't even bother. If they get the order right your lucky and they don't care if they do. Don't leave a message, they never check the machine (they say!) and their online ordering only works half the time (they say) so if you invite guests over like we did plan to scramble and serve something else when the pizza does not show. read more

Pizza was awesome, ordered a large pepperoni and sausage, service was slow but it was extremely busy due to it being a Friday evening. Would have given a five stars if it wasn't for the the guy taking my order twice. After waiting 25 minutes they called me over and said I was ready but it was the wrong pie, the individual ordered a pepperoni and bacon which I would have taken but I was feeling like sausage and Pepperoni. Went about an hour before closing. Very prompt service, and they thought that the medium pizza we bought wouldn't be enough to feed the group of us so they upgraded us to a large free of charge. Every experience I've ever had with Soho has been amazing. Great service, phenomenal pizza, the best crust I've had in my life, and just overall a great atmosphere. The management at Soho pizza was extremely accommodating. We had a wedding after party at the Hampton Inn and contacted Soho to see if they could deliver 17 pizzas to the hotel at 11:30pm. Even one star is too much for Soho. The blatant lack of customer service and rudeness of the restaurant's Manager, Kaitlyn, will prevented us from returning. We called in an order for pizza delivery at 11:30AM. At 1:00PM, I called to inquire about our order since nothing had been delivered. I was abruptly told by Kaitlyn that the driver left five minutes ago (no apology for the long wait was offered). At 1:30PM, I called again ... still no pizza. Kaitlyn informed me then that our order was lost (again, NO apology and our debit card had already been charged). Kaitlyn's only explanation was that "accidents happen". I suggest Giovanni, the owner, put Kaitlyn through some serious customer service training. We won't be dining at or calling in for delivery to Soho again. We actually called Nico's Pizza & Pasta. I have to wonder what the fascination is here ....... While we have had a couple of pizzas from this joint and at the time I have to say, I thought that the dough was a bit tough ...... sort of the kind of thing you might expect from frozen dough, if you're drunk enough I would guess it doesn't matter....... HOWEVER ........ we had occasion to order a couple of spaghetti dinners and a grinder when we were completely sober and I have to tell you the spaghetti was under cooked as were the peppers, and the sausage and meatballs were the same as that which appears on the pizzas. I don't know about you but to me spaghetti and meatballs concerns whole meatballs not bits and pieces.....Apparently they serve a pizza version of spaghetti and meatballs or spaghetti and peppers and sausage but without the bread, unless you order that separately..... is that Italian?. Oh, and with a dearth of marinara as well, the spaghetti was pinkish sort of....... I don't think any of this is reparable, so we're guessing we'll go to a real Italian restaurant next time because "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". read more

The reason I give 2 stars is because the delivery man was extremely rude to me over the phone. I live on the border of Danbury and Ridgefield, off exit 2, and the drive from the pizzeria to my apartment is about 15 minutes maximum. I know this because I had gone to university over the summer. The driver called me and questioned if I was sure that I live in Danbury with a condescending tone. Of course I answered him with a yes I do live in Danbury, off exit 2. He then did an exasperated sigh and muttered "it's kind of far" as he hung up the phone. So he finally delivered my food and since I had paid with a credit card and put the tip on the payment, so I did not give him a tip. Plus I did not have any cash on me. As he turned to get into the car, he muttered sarcastically, "appreciate the tip. Thanks" and sped right out of the parking lot. Now, if he was not so rude and condescending, I would have understood his frustration. However, his attitude is was really put me off and I will not be ordering from Soho Pizza again. read more
