I didn't complain bc you can see the waitress hustling I just didn't finish it and took it to go. This is a great spot for sushi in the neighborhood! I've ordered here several times for lunch special via delivery and always enjoyed my shrimp tempuras and miso soup. This is the first time I've actually dined and the restaurant and It looks beautiful. This is a great spot for date night and to go out with a group! I dined here Friday night with friends and we had the Thai chicken wings, calamari and Kani salad for appetizer. The calamari is very fresh and crispy! Chicken wings had a delicious sauce and were also tasty and the kani salad was great! We also order a selection of sashimi and sushi and all were amazing. The selection of seafood is very fresh and the rolls were all carefully prepared. The house special roll with jalapeños were great. I also ordered a pina colada and it was a great frozen drink for my meal. Overall I would try everything again and I highly recommend!

Ordered the kung pao tofu (which was indicated as spicy on the menu) and it was SO sweet. Not spicy at all, even after I added the hot sauce I requested. Sweet potato roll was good, but they skimped on the eel sauce. Overall 2.5 stars for me. Music in the restaurant was too loud the whole time as well. read more

This place was great. I went here with my friend for dinner. The vibe is simple; no complaints. They were playin' throwback music 9/10. We had the house fried rice and house lo mein, beef and broccoli and shrimp with devil sauce and winggzz 10/10 -- everything was delicious. I would def recommend it if you're in the area. Yes, the food here is great. Everything is fresh and the flavor is good. The crab rangoons were the triangle shape and not the ones with the fans at the top (if you know you know) and had a surprising crab to cream cheese ratio. The real secret to this place is the frozen drinks - omg!!!! they are strong and delicious, and made to order so they aren't whirling around in some dirty machine all day with a little liquor topper like other places - nope. fresh and blended right in front of you with a generous amount of alcohol. Can't wait to order take out or dine in again soon, service was great when we went on a friday afternoon! read more

the food was just okay, not much flavor. lo mein was my favorite part! general sos sauce was bland and the chicken was hard. fried rice sucks, not normal fried rice. Groups can congregate in the lounge-y areas but the feel is remarkably different depending on where one choses to hang. On a beverage front, there is no shortage of quality drinks to be had. The cocktails are well made and not expensive; the bartenders do a good job of making sure each drink carries a certain kind of potency before leaving the bar. The happy hours are lovely as well, combined with a good deals ($5 shot + beer special, $5 cocktails, etc.) and even better hours (2-8pm!). Lastly, I appreciate a good name. Bad Old Days can be interpreted in many facets, but I think this establishment prides itself on good company and somehow rewards us with simple, good drinks. I was doing some work on my phone and had a deadline of 7:30pm to submit so I'm not exaggerating at all! Not to mention... the waitress came back to re-ask us what we ordered... I should've know from that it was about to be bad..... Fast forward through the EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE, it's time to pay and I see my bill. I questioned the pricing due to certain things not being $10 as advertised... my waitress didn't speak English in which was highly frustrating because she's not getting it.... I ask for the manager and his reasoning is because the $10 Wednesday deal ends at 7pm.... Nobody told us that along with mentioning how poorly slow this woman was serving us! Prior to me, i watched them give another Black family table a hard time when it was bill time, but I took no offense because as a Corrections Officer and city employee I can afford a $150 bill..... immediately I felt racially profiled! The manager continued to challenge me about the pricing instead of holding his staff accountable for moving slow and not being more attentive! Half hour wait for a ginger ale and frozen margarita is wild business when it wasn't even packed! I was so insulted and had to keep my composure in front of my son.... I just gave the manager my money and demanded my change right away. My son and I saw how the manager tried to talk to the waitress but she waved him off and walked off... so that just shows how much respect she has! He seen that we saw what she did....
