The food was so good and super fresh. The veggie dumplings were absolutely amazing. Our server was really nice and attentive. The vibe was was super chill and felt like a small nook restaurant like Japan super cool.

I got the Chiang Mai noodle - which is basically a Khao Soi with a chicken thigh - and it was delicious. I tried quite a few dishes here from friends (the Salmon green curry, the caramelized tiger shrimp banh mi, spicy sizzling seafood pad cha) - all of which were just "okay" and not something I'd order again. Also - I wanted to note that their spice levels are not "thai-spicy", and more Americanized. I got the "extra spicy" option and felt like it was more akin to a "medium" level at a more authentic Thai restaurant, so for spicy lovers, make sure to order your dish a step spicier than you'd normally do at other Thai places.

Stopped by Saturday night for dinner with a reservation. The menu is pretty vast so there is a good amount of options to choose from! Our waitress was super friendly and everything came out quick. We got the calamari and chicken satay to share. Both were tasty and tasted fresh. The chicken was nice and juicy, too. To eat I got the pad see ew with beef and shared the chicken thigh yakitori and the shishito peppers. All 3 were tasty! The pad see ew was especially delicious; the noodles were cooked well and the beef was nice and tender. Overall, a nice dining experience if you're looking for a wide selection of yummy Asian food.

Came here for dinner with a reservation on a Saturday. Here's what we got: Agedashi Tofu - this was really good! we asked for it vegetarian and it was still super flavorful Chiang Mai Noodle - this was the star! I highly highly recommend! I am vegetarian but I tried some broth and noodles from my BF and it was really good. I would maybe ask them next time if they can make it for me with tofu! Vegetarian Mushroom Miso Ramen - I got this, it was good not great. The broth could've been more flavorful Overall, they have an extensive menu so it will definitely satisfy all cravings! Would recommend!

I was seeing a concert in Brooklyn the other night with one of my brothers and we decided to grab some dinner in the area beforehand. He did most of the arrangements and landed on Dock Asian Eatery. I actually had never heard of this place before, but the Yelp reviews looked good so I was looking forward to checking it out. Dock is located on Wyckoff in one of the main commercial hubs of Bushwick. As we approached I noticed an outdoor seating area up front before giving way to the main entrance which housed the bar and indoor dining room. The decor is kind of industrial with exposed fixtures and high ceilings while also being paired with touches of tasteful decor. The menu has a mix of different Asian cuisines, separated by small plates/apps, yakitori, sandwiches, soup/salad, veg, meat/poultry, curry, fish, noodles, rice, and platters. Before food, though - drinks. I had the So Fresh which was quite good; not strong at all and, as implied by the name, really refreshing. We decided to share a few of the apps, namely the pork buns, takoyaki, and karaage. All the apps were tasty, though the pork buns were my favorite - they were large with puffy buns and a good amount of filling; the pork was seasoned well and all the elements worked well together. The karaage and takoyaki were also good and both paired with tasty sauces to complement. For my main I decided to get the Chiang Mai Noodle which was a chicken curry paired with noodles cooked in the broth and topped with even more crispy noodles. This was really good - there was a lot of flavor with just the right amount of heat and a generous helping of chicken, noodles, and broth; it all worked really well. I ordered medium spice which was perfect for me - I don't have a high spice tolerance and this was just enough to give some heat without me breaking a sweat or taking away from me enjoying the dish. Service was good - the food came out at a good pace and everyone was really friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at Dock Asian Eatery - they serve up good food in a comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm ever in the area again.

I'm met my friend for dinner and I loved the way the space is laid out. High ceilings, close dining (not too crowded) and uniquely mimicking the areas where the cuisine is native. I noticed a lot of the staff struggled with english but they did their best and they were super sweet. The waiter helped me choose a dish without pork. It came different than the description. There were far more mushrooms than shrimp and (mushrooms weren't even mentioned on the menu) with the addition of a little chili sauce and soy sauce, and it was pretty tasty. Would I get it again? Probably not. As for the appetizer we got, no thanks. Dry and flavorless skewers. Drinks.... no. My tea was definitely mostly milk, and the drink my friend got, was just okay. My friend said her food was tasty too, but not memorable. Maybe we'll try them again one day.

The food here is always good. I've been twice now and the service is great and my second time here I tried the bun which was incredibly savory and the bun was so soft. I tried the kha pow which was soooo delicious and filling. They definitely use good ingredients!

Was in the area and was craving ramen and found this spot! Had a great time. The service was really good and we got our food in a timely manner. I would definitely come back here if i'm in the area!

Fast service, reasonable pricing, and beautiful seating! All this, and of course the food was delicious, just look at it. I got the tom kha noodle soup (not pictured) and it was very satisfying, slurped it down to nothing!

Another great visit to this Asian spot. I say "Asian" because they serve Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Quiet, low-lit, casual digs. Usually not busy, even on a Friday night. They serve dumplings, pork belly, steamed bun dishes, and they still have that delightful crispy grilled pork belly Banh mi. They have curries, seafood, fried rice, and multiple veggie options. I am still a huge fan of their ramen. My favorite is their spicy miso ramen, with pork stock soup, chashu, scallions, corn, bamboo shoots, and a delicious runny egg. It really is spicy, warm, filling, and the portion is HUGE. They also have a vegetarian mushroom miso ramen that would be a great veggie alternative--mushroom ginger broth, shredded dried mushrooms, corn, scallions, arugula, and toasted sesame. Service is always awesome, super attentive. Drinks are still a little heavy and a little sweet for my taste. But the ramen is FIRE, a huge portion, DELECTABLE, warm, spicy, bursting with flavor, and only 17 dollars! Can't beat it!

Everything was good. Decor was industrial chic, with metal corrugated siding and stylish led bulbs. Dark and moody with a bar right in front. A perfect place to get together for drinks. High top seating, line the wall to the right. Different types of Asian cuisines. round out this menu. Chiang Mai Noodles: Curry was a good flavor. And a generous amount of noodles and shredded chicken, the perfect vehicle to be smothered in the luscious curry sauce. Very tasty. Service was quick and precise. Food came out quickly. Outdoor seating is several casual wood picnic tables in a semi enclosed area, permanently connected to the front of the restaurant. Decor is quite eclectic, with murals adorning the walls. Bathroom area is next to the bar, has outside double sinks. There is also a second floor mezzanine area, with more seating.

It's quite busy but the turnover rate is quick. The restaurant is small but has a good amount of tables and counter seating. But I've got to say I am disappointed by my overall experience based on how popular this spot is. You order from a menu you can write on, which allows you to customize your ramen selections (noodle thickness, broth, add-ons, etc). I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with spicy added. While the broth is pretty good, I think the overall ramen is a bit lacking compared to other ramen spots. I did not realize the ramen did not come with any ingredients besides the chashu meat and some scallions sprinkled on top. So this spot really requires you to customize and add on toppings. Usually other ramen spots already have selection of toppings in each type of bowl. So overall, my ramen was pretty standard and nothing outstanding. I do appreciate that you can add half or full serving of extra noodles for $1-2 if you want more. Also, like others mentioned, Ramen Danbo received a C health code rating. I didn't see this until halfway through my meal, but I probably would not have ate here if I saw it beforehand. Quite appalling for a restaurant that doesn't even have an extensive menu. Overall, the service is okay... I can't say I had any particular issues BUT I just felt like all the servers gave off the vibe that they just hated their jobs or something. It was just the vibe I got but it could just be me.

First: got combo B which was the perfect amount for 2 people since it included an appetizer, 2 ramens, 2 desserts and 2 drinks. Left very filled and happy. Would highly recommend their lemonade and Thai tea! The popcorn chicken is more batter than chicken, so it's good if you like more of a crunch. The tonkotsu and miso ramens were good, but not particularly notable. Kyuramen is a chain after all, so the food quality gives that same vibe as comforting when you're just craving some. Second: Got the yakitori platter, beef ramen (seasonal) and curry ramen and I'd personally pass on all of them. Their meats are over cooked which makes them tough. Both times the service was fine, I appreciate the call button so both don't have to wait for awkward timing issues. I do like the aesthetic of the place, especially with the privacy of the room shades/dividers. p.s. don't forget their slurp and win program! When you drink all the broth, there's a word on the bottom (or not) where you can get a free popcorn chicken/drink/etc for your next visit. I thought the chances would be pretty slim, but I got a drink voucher my second time!

Overall, there wasn't anything special about the steamed dumplings. Iron Men (3/5): I was disappointed since reviewers said that the broth would be very rich but it did not have much flavor to me even after using their house chili sauce (+$2). I definitely tasted the Iberian pork undertones but overall, I thought it was watery and didn't have much flavor without the chili. The poached egg was perfect. The rosemary oil was very subtle (cool presentation as it was provided in a dropper!) The noodles were perfect--chewy and bouncy. I thought the 2 slices of pork were thin but tender, also more lean and not fatty (not as ideal so did not melt in your mouth). Expensive for a bowl with little meat ($23). I did not use the miso paste as I did not love the aftertaste, which admittedly could be why the broth lacked flavor to me! Nagoya Miso Katsu-Don (N/A): I tried a little of the dish. I thought the pork was very crunchy and had a great taste. Boyfriend said the dish was nothing special.
