I appreciated the phone check in process the days before to avoid that new patient paperwork. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, shown to my room on time, and met with a very thorough and careful listener tech who took my whole history. She then tucked me in, briefed me on the MRI and painlessly hooked up the contrast. I think her name was Celuma (sp?) and she was terrific. All my fears were for nothing. I even got a cup of coffee afterwards when the receptionist showed me how to work the coffee maker! Super staff... efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 Stars!

While all visits have been just fine, wait times aren't crazy bad but can be better. What I especially liked today was the customer service and friendliness even though I tho I could not get an appointment soon there. But I will say that this place I do not recommend it, please look for another place if bedside manner is important to you. I do not wanna input to many details about my appointment but it was very early morning and I understand that people at 7 am aren't the chirpiest, and the ladies in the front were so nice and helpful, but the techs in the back need to work on their manners a bit more. As young girls we need to have each others back and be helpful and kind to one another but the lack of communication and empathy they have was astounding. No hellos were exchanged when entering the room, very much "ugh why are you here so early" energy was felt in the room. I will not be going back. I pray they work on their bedside manner because patients go in with real problems. Who would want to see that type of patient care? Good luck.
