Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people.
