Quite simply the best Neapolitan Pizza in Las Vegas, and the fact that it comes from a truck makes that all the more impressive.

Signora pizza has my whole heart. I am always amazed by their craftmanship and attention to detail. I always recommend this place to my friends & family when looking for neopolitan style pizza. I love trying their specials along with getting their classic margherita and diavola pizza. Also get their pistachio tiramisu. I recommend following their Instagram & socials for updates on where their truck will be and what special menu items they may have for the weekend. I love when they pop-up at Khoury's on Eastern since they have lots of seating and can get drinks too.

THE BEST pizza EVER!!! The crust was light and crispy with a thin layer of slightly tart tomato sauce and gooey cheese! The basil was slightly toasted and crisp. The diavolo had all of the above with the addition of a slightly salty and spicy thin salami , delicious! Every bite was as satisfying as the first, I'll definitely be back even if I have to travel across the city!! Tip- be sure to save room for the delicious and creamy pistachio cream drizzled over the mini fried donuts.

Signora Pizza is my new favorite pizza spot in Las Vegas! The staff is very kind and helpful - I went with both of their pizza recommendations (potato and sausage pizza and the special pizza with pistachio), squash blossoms, and pistachio tiramisu. Everything was delicious! I was especially pleasantly surprised by the potato pizza. I will be back to try more!

Always an amazing experience! It had been a while since my last visit, but everything was just as great as I remembered. The service was excellent, as always, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the squash blossoms with marinara sauce--such a perfect combination! The weather was beautiful today, making it the perfect day to enjoy pizza and wine outdoors.

Awesome pizza truck tucked away in RC Willey's parking lot. Got our hot pizza in 5 mins, enjoyed munching on it while sitting on our trunk. Perfect summer vibes. Check out their locations on Instagram! There's plenty of parking. Margherita (4/5) - their crust is amazing, perfectly even and crispy Tiramisu (4/5) - very creamy and nice I'm excited to try other flavors.

One of the best pizza I've ever had in Las Vegas! This is not a type of greasy and over loaded with cheese and toppings. Every ingredient is fresh and great, you can tell right away. It's kind of an authentic Italian pizza style. Price is also very good. They're open on Sat-Sun evening only. You can check their schedule and location every week on their Instagram. I would definitely recommend this if you're an Italian pizza lover. You will love it!

I was thoroughly impressed by this authentic, delicious pizza truck! We stopped by the R.C Willey parking lot on a Sunday to try them out, and WOW. The ingredients used are so authentic and delicious, and the fried pizza is so rich, it's almost like eating a dessert. I didn't realize they had fried squash blossoms (one of my favorite treats), & I was so thoroughly satisfied with the little fried, cheesy pieces of heaven! Everyone working was really kind and hospitable. The owner of the truck even chatted with us about her journey and achievements, which really added to our experience and brought the whole family vibe together. I can't wait to experience this again, and really can't wait to try when they get their brick-and-mortar shop open!

Still a well oiled machine. You won't be disappointed. Traditional Italian pizza with fresh ingredients. It's always a pleasure to buy this yum yum pizza.

The BEST pizza in all of Las Vegas and I don't say that lightly. Floriana, the owner is the real deal straight out of Italy. Everything she uses on those pizzas is imported we were completely blown away. I have no idea how this place escaped me for so long. All food trucks are not alike. This is a completely different set up like no other. The pizza oven itself in this huge truck was taller than the person making the pizza lol it looks more like a restaurant on wheels. The pizza was exceptional. The sauce was spot on the arancini (rice balls) were to die for. AND she makes mozzarella stuffed zucchini flowers. I can't even find that in an Italian restaurant out here to find it on a food truck is rare. We also tried something we had never had before anywhere. It was a Bucatini pasta ball with bacon. It was so good. We highly recommend Signoras pizza and we will be going back. It is our new go to pizza place. wish we could give them 10 stars it was that impressive and the quality of the food was that good thank you Floriana and staff.

The pizza speaks for itself, I mean I did finish the whole box to myself and this is coming from someone who's not big into pizza. Oh and the cannoli was amazing! I cannot complain, the service was good. Ambiance was fine, they were easy to locate and it was worth the drive across town.

Ok so I changed my star rating because after my quick nap I felt a bit better and had another slice of pizza. I reheated it in the conventional oven and it was still quite tasty. I even ate a cold slice at 3am bcs I woke up and was super hungry and it wasn't bad even cold. The sauce is fresh and bright with a bite of acidity from the tomatoes. You can taste the quality of the cheese and it just stays with you. Even the squash blossoms were decent cold. I have to reheat them in the oven to see how they are. Now the angioletti needs to be eaten fresh and hot bcs once they got cold the dough was hard. The flavors are still there though. Love the pistachio stuff. Now the cannoli went to my sister and she's a harsh critic so she said there was too much chocolate chips that it overpowered the other flavors and there was a hint of mint. She told me to stop buying her cannolis to try. She'll just wait until she goes to NY and have one from Venerios or until she makes some. So, all in all what I learned from my trip here is; go early, plan on waiting for at least an hour, don't go on a windy day, don't go hungry, and try and eat it there as soon as you get it but honestly the pizza is good cold so I guess it doesn't matter where you eat it, lastly be prepared to spend some $$. I always overspend bcs I want to try many things, you don't have to be like me haha. I want to try the fried pizza next and the tiramisu.

I've been following this food truck for about two years. I think what put me off of visiting sooner were the reviews that there was a long wait, however this was not the case. I follow them on Instagram, where they post their weekly schedule. Usually on Saturday evenings they are located in the RC Wiley parking lot is summerlin. We arrived around 520 pm on a Saturday and there were only 2 parties waiting ahead of us. We ordered and were given a pager that buzzed when our order was ready. They have a pretty large menu for a food truck! Pizza wallet, fried pizza, traditional pizza, appetizers and desserts. They have a small bar next to the ordering window where you can sit and wait, or you can wait in your car. We waited less than 15 minutes. We had that arancini- very cheese and delicious but I wouldn't order again, just not my thing. The patatosa- a potato and Italian sausage pizza- again, not my favorite but good for people that love sausage. The real winners here were the simplest items. The Margherita rivaled settebellos (my personal favorite pizza in town)- and this pizza came out of a TRUCK! But the fried pizza was TO DIE FOR. We had the amalia. I would come back and order 10 of these. It was so amazing. The angioletti was also very good with lots of Nutella. Wish they had the pistachio for us to try too, but they were out. Can't wait to go back and try more things!!!! Love you Signora Pizza!

My husband ordered the garlic chicken plate, and it was incredibly crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a perfect garlic taste. I ordered the garlic shrimp plate, and it was just as impressive. The shrimp were cooked perfectly (not overdone at all or mushy), and the garlic chili butter was a 10/10! The ambiance, however, could use some improvement. The space felt a bit dark and lacked decor. I'd love to see them elevate the atmosphere to better reflect that warm Aloha spirit. Also, there was an unpleasant smell when we walked in, which took away from the experience. Something as simple as improving ventilation or adding subtle air fresheners could make a big difference. Overall, it's a great spot for Hawaiian food, and the location is super convenient easy to get to right off the highway.
