Very overpriced, not worth it, but it was good. The first time we tried a margarita pizza in there, we were shocked how small it was for the price. My husband could have eaten a whole pie by himself. I then ordered a pie one night with Door Dash, only because there a special, buy one, get one free, just a regular cheese pie. It was okay, nothing great. Without a special like that, I won't be buying from Solamente anymore. I don't know if he will stay in business that long with the prices like that, with the size of the pie. read more

We came here for lunch after a coworker recommended it. They have complimentary ice water. All menus, plates, napkins, silverware, and to go boxes available to the right of the cashier. The staff were very welcoming and nice. After you decide what you want to order you go to the cashier and place your order. They only have one size pizza. I got the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and it was really good. My husband really liked the pepperoni on my pizza which typically he is not a fan. We've been to Solamentes in Town Square multiple times and loved the couple running the place, so we wanted to come support the new location. We came tonight and tried the thin crust pesto sausage pizza. The cheese was so rubbery and the crust wasn't crisp, it was just hard. I let them know nicely after taking a bite, and asked to switch to the original dough. They refused. Later they came and said we could have a leftover margarita pizza with original dough. WTH? I'm a customer, not a begger. So we remove all the sausages off our pesto pizza, thinking we'd need to put it on the margarita...and they bring out another pesto pizza on regular crust. SMH. Good luck with the expansion. We'll continue going to our favorite pizza spot in Vegas, Double Zero pizza where they remember and appreciate their customers. read more

First, props to the chef / owner who used the pandemic to experiment and create this different pie. Think of the crust as a well made, naturally leavened, high hydration focaccia. Crisp on the outside, and resembling uneven sizes of bubbles frozen in time on the inside. If you've ever made a high hydration focaccia where kneading is done by folding, resting and repeating achieving a bubbly goo before baking, you know exactly what this crust is like. Simple crushed tomatoes for the red sauce flavored by a pinch of sea salt and castoffs of proteins. Italian simplicity. The flavors of the toppings show. Both the basic pepperoni and their supreme (add sausage, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and olives to the pep), solid. Using multiple kinds of Italian cheeses on both achieves the requisite creaminess and salty earthiness. Finally the Solamente sando is a fun and tasty eat. Take a baked off pizza crust, fold it in half and shove it full with fresh mozzarella, arugula, tomato, prosciutto, truffle oil, and EVOO is tasty simplicity. Online ordering a plus. When I placed my order, the description didn't say there was actual chili peppers on it, just showed Chilean peppers as an add on. I assumed it was red pepper flakes and hot honey. No. The dough was really good and I loved it was a little burnt cause it gives it that flavor, but I didn't love the flavor of the pizza itself. Way too spicy. Stopped by Solamente for the second day in a row and that alone says everything. I had the thin crust cacio e pepe with a root beer, and it was flawless. The crust is light, airy, and perfectly crisp, which makes the entire pizza feel incredibly clean and easy to digest. No heaviness, no sluggish feeling after... just pure satisfaction. Wow! I've lived in Sicily and this is the closest authentic pizza you can get! They even import their ingredients from Italy! The APB Pizza was awesome! We ordered the meat lovers and cacio e pepe. Both were so delicious! The meat lovers was covered in meat; you do not need to worry about not getting any protein. The cacio e pepe tasted like the famous pasta dish; I had never seen it in pizza form and loved it. I was impressed with the dough. It had a nice crisp and char to it for both. The pizza never had a soggy middle. Each slice you can easily fold. The dough had a nice chewy texture as well; very reminiscent of the Neapolitan pizzas in NYC. I think the cacio e pepe had a bit too much crust compared to the middle of the pie, but I still very much enjoyed the meal. Love the dough on these pizzas. It's so light and you can eat it on its own without any dipping sauce. We've been here twice in just two weeks. My family loves pizza and we also love to try different toppings. Standard pepperoni is always a must but we also really enjoyed the veggie one with mushroom, onion, olives, spinach, bell peppers, artichoke, and arugula. Very nice change for us. Pesto is a nice add on as well and worked really well with pepperoni. They recently moved to this new location and it doesn't appear to be complete yet but the pizzas are delightful. read more

Stopped in today and I saw the pizza spot with the best dough in town started doing calzones and I haven't had a calzone in a while. It hits the menu mid June but they were doing a lunch special on them. I opted for the chicken/spinach mozzarella calzone with a generous side portion of marinara. This calzone was 10/10. The light dough they use is a home run when made into a calzone because the edges are light, fluffy and delicious. Inside was the perfect amount of mozzarella, chicken and spinach. They also started putting out a New York style pizza, that too, a 10/10. It's practically impossible to not hit a home run when you've mastered the dough, sauce and cheese foundation...that they've done. I finally got to see the inside of the restaurant and the place had a great atmosphere with super friendly workers who you could tell enjoyed being employed at Solamente.
