They are quick and attentive and I am usually out of there in 5 minutes because I already have packaged everything. They also handle USPS mail. They are all great but there is one particular stand out: Teresa. Professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, she also seems truly content with her job and is humorous, to boot. She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

I understand that you have to be cautious, but this was really unbearable. It was other consumers here for other reasons, but almost 45 minutes in a post office is really ridiculous. Hopefully they can hire more help with assisting others. Besides that, the post office was clean and the employees were really nice.
