The best thing that we like about Solar Care is that they're mobile. That is an incredible convenience for us, as we don't have time to get the cars out of our facility and to a tint shop for a few hours. Anyway, on to the review. We've had Solar Care out to our garage a few times, and each time, they did a great job! We even had then fix the tint on a window in the Aventador where someone had put a hole in the tint. This, we added on while they were here tinting another car, and they took the time to take care of it that day. INCREASED PRICE AFTER THEY ARRIVED!! After looking through Yelp for a widow tinting company to tint my travel trailer, I chose Solar Care Window Tinting. I messaged back and forth with I believe the owner. I sent pictures of each windows and after a few questions he quoted me a price. I offered to send him measurements of each window and he said that was not needed. I agreed to his price and we set up an appointment approx 10 days later. After the person arrived and looked at the job I get a call from again, I believe the owner, saying he could not do it for the price he quoted. I promptly explained I sent him pictures of each window and offered to send measurements which he declined. He reply was sorry. My time was wasted when I could've called someone else. Update after reply: after reviewing every message you sent there was no miscommunication. You simply did not say that therefore when you quoted me a price with no stipulation, that was price. I recently bought a new car and was looking to get the windows tinted. My coworker recommended Solar Care, as they had done a great job on his car and were recommended to him by an Audi dealer. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. It's also very convenient that they can come to your home or office and do it on the spot. I was able to have them come out to my work's parking lot and do it while I was at work. Arranging the appointment with Tonya was easy, and the guys that came out to do the tinting were very friendly and they answered all of my questions. I did end up having a minor problem with one of the windows, but Carlos (the owner) was very understanding and made sure to resolve the issue. So while the experience wasn't 100% perfect, the customer service and responsiveness still made it a 5-star rating for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solar Care to family, friends, and coworkers. I ended up getting the ceramic tint all around (more expensive, but higher quality and greater heat reduction), with 20% for everything except the windshield which was 80%. Tony and Gino completed a very clean and detailed installation of the Llumar Ceramic UV film throughout our '17 Subaru Forester, they even tackled the panoramic moonroof with precision. We omitted the front windshield sun strip due to the Eyesight feature. Tony and Gino were very polite, worked well together, and represent the Llumar products fairly. These guys did a great job. I was undecided on how dark I wanted the tint. They told me that given my very light grey (almost white) interior which is quite reflective I should go for the darker tint. We spent a lot of time holding up samples on the glass trying to decide.
