We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent.
