This review is long over due. I finally had the time to finish it. I needed to get my solar installed by mid-March. Prior to installing solar, I also had to get my roof redone as it had leaks. SolarFuze owner, Farid, recommended a roofing company and worked diligently with them. I decided to put new roof tiles. I worked directly with the roofer. However, SolarFuze worked with the manufacturer and supplier to make sure the materials arrived when needed as we were on a tight schedule. When the roofers started, I worked with them directly. At the same time, SolarFuze also came by my house daily to check on the roof work. SolarFuze worked with the roofers to fix all the leaks. SolarFuze and the roofers communicated with me on a daily basis of the progress. The roofers and SolarFuze made sure the entire fascia boards were repaired and repainted. SolarFuze made sure the work was completed satisfactory before installing the solar. Once the roof was completed. SolarFuze staff quickly installed the solar on top of the roof and finished with a week. Farid did all the coordination with SDGE to make sure my solar was functioning before the due date. Lastly, SolarFuze followed through to make sure that the skylight was replaced and installed properly. Overall, Farid was very patient man. He cared about his customers. He was quick to respond. Every time I called, he would answer or call me back within an hour or two. He made sure the work was done properly. He was good to work with. He was also good to his employees. Just passed our final inspection with the city of Poway and couldn't be happier with Solarfuze. I got multiple quotes from larger companies that only wanted to push their favorite technology and that seemed to trash talk each other and microinverter technology. After meeting with Farid and understanding the challenge of how our lot is positioned it was clear that microinverters were the way to go due to shade. There was a bit of a slow start getting the permits but I'm used to that with other projects, it's part of living in Poway. Installation took two days and the inspection happened two days later. I felt compelled to write another review for SolarFuze after receiving such amazing customer service. We had our system installed at our home in March 2019 and recently noticed a slight increase in our electric bill, it had been almost 0. I called SolarFuze with my concerns and they sent a team member out almost the same day. As soon as he came down from the roof he informed me that the problem was an adjacent tree had grown so large that it was shadowing several panels and was also dropping dirt and debris on the panels. I assumed I would need to contact a costly tree service and have them cut and remove the large limbs.To my surprise, he told me he would take care of it for me, no problem. Not only did he take care of all the tree cutting but he asked for a rake and broom to clean everything up as well !
