In the past several years it has been my go-to for great burgers and other food they offer, especially the burgers. My most recent visit was very disappointing as I ordered carryout for myself and my brother. He ordered the Ruben sandwich and I had the Jalapeno bacon burger. For the first time in several years neither my brother or I could eat the sandwich. They were dry as sawdust. We had to through them away. To say the least I don't think we'll be back.

The food is always top notch! Today I enjoyed a Red Osier roast beef sandwich which could have served two people- the meat was medium & tender served with a jus and horseradish. My partner had a plentiful chicken quesadilla ( he took home 1/2). Our server- the owner/ was friendly and attentive- we enjoyed our conversation during the quiet lull of visitors. The ambiance is pub like- warm, friendly and comfortable. I plan to visit again soon- I saw a dinner option that Zi simply must try!

So she leaves. They were busy, but they only had two servers covering the entire restaurant I was ready to order just a couple of minutes later, and my server never came back. I waited, I even tried to wave down the other server. She just looked at me and walked away. She didn't even bother to tell my server that I was ready to order or that I needed something. Not only that, but the prices were pretty ridiculous. $18 for a simple Cuban sandwich? Not including something to drink? It was a discriminatory judgment on his part, refusing to serve my friend who has a disability. This local scene thrives on simple-mindedness, prejudice, and bigotry. And make sure that when you visit this establishment, you don't walk with a cane, your skin is the right color and you speak clearly.

Came up for Cortland's Parents Weekend and had an awesome time. The whole town was buzzing... great…read moreenergy everywhere, but still felt welcoming and easy to enjoy. It's one of those weekends where you get to step into your kid's world a bit and actually see why they love it here. Bars and restaurants were lively but manageable, people were friendly, and it had that perfect mix of college fun and family atmosphere.
