During one of my visits they were even rude when I wanted the ultrasound process explained to me. They offer two waiting rooms because one quickly overfills. When it come to the actual aesthetic of the place, it's freezing cold, literally and figuratively. They never have hot tea despite saying they offer it and the blanket/robe warmer does not work. I think two hour wait finally did me in and I'll look for some place else next time.

When we first arrived, we were handed some paper work to fill out and shortly after we were called to registration. The lady there was very nice and made the process quick and easy! When it was my turn to go to the back, I was taken to a dressing room/waiting room where I had to put on the oh so stylish hospital gown, pants, and the new Air Force 1 sticky hospital socks that everyone loves. Then my mom and I waited until the nurse called me to the back so she could start my IV since my MRI was ordered with contrast. The nurse started my IV right away and she did it on the first try which is always great because being poked numerous times is the worst. Then it was to the MRI machine. I liked this MRI machine because it wasn't like the older ones where you're in a complete small tube. This one had a opening on the other side so you were still in a tube but it wasn't closed off completely. I had a great experience here and had zero issues with billing for the test. They took care of everything for me!

Thorium is the only heavy metal poison that no one has ever successfully eliminated from the body. So I remove pockets of it by surgery... i.e. cysts, abscesses, etc. A golf ball size cyst formed on my back. Thorium burned it's way out and leaked abundantly down my back in clear fluid. Been there and done this five times already and the pathology labs always came back negative. Bacteria cannot survive in radio active Thorium. My doctor took a blood work sample and sent me to a surgeon at Oak Bend, but the surgeon was retired and replaced by Geanna Lobrano. She refused to operate until I did a 5 day course of antibiotics. Long enough for the wound to heal up and close the Cyst sac inside. I even showed her my ICP-MS lab report showing Thorium toxicity off the chart. With an air of superiority she talked about her medical training and still insisted on the antibiotics. I had to go to an emergency room to get the surgery done. My doctor's blood work report came back with low white blood cell count and I never had the slightest fever. Lobrano is either brainless or greedy. Either way she should not be practicing medicine.

I just needed that extra check up for peace of mind, since my doctor only sees me once a month, and I can say she really helped me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and I'm already looking forward to pregnancy massages there. I'll actually be going back this Friday to see Mayde again for another ultrasound to check on baby's progress!

She answered the phone and was in a very hostile manner towards me, wasn't accommodating AT all, and very "pointing the finger at me." - this is no way to speak to your customers that are going through this program. I found this little guy and called. They said there was a waiting list for him and I got added to the list. We both kinda had our hearts set on him and they sunk when we found out there was a waiting list. 2 days later at 6pm I got a call asking if we still wanted him. Of course we did and we were ready to jump in the car and get him that day but the shelter was cloning and we live an hour and a 1/2 from the shelter so we got up and 6am the next day and sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open. All the workers were very nice all I needed was an ID and it was free adoption becuse the shelter was full. I did find it a little odd that all that was asked is for an ID and to sing papers saying he's ours. Last 2 dogs I got from other shelters tthey asked for id, proof I can have a dog in my home or rental and one did a home check. but anyway we got our dog and he's loving his new forever home.
