They have our contact info, but what they no longer will have is our business. The Technician again showed up out of the blue (stand-up guy who is just doing his job), and I asked him to remove the traps, etc., and that we were going with their competitor. Attic Kings are the best!! I heard lots of LOUD noises in the attic above our room after it snowed…read morein Snellville, GA. I had seen a mother raccoon with her family on the porch previously. However, I did not know they would get inside our roof and hang out when it got cold. Attic Kings guys came out and assessed the situation and set traps. They got the first two raccoons in three days and the last one a couple of days later so fast, and they were great about checking the traps and then coming right back out when I called them saying there was one in the trap. They did not make me or the raccoons wait. No noise since they trapped them and then sealed the holes so they could not get back inside. Very nice people and helpful. If you have a raccoon or other animal trying to make their home in yours, do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Attic Kings. I contacted A and A Critters who referred us to their pest division, Matt's, about an insect…read moreproblem. Matt himself responded right away and I was able to quickly get an appointment. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service.
