There's a reason for so many negative reviews here, and I'll add mine. We bought our house recently, which had some residual time left on the contract with Peachtree or All Pro. One day, the technician showed up unannounced and started digging out the traps. No notice, no communication from the company, nothing. We were transferred no less than 3 times with a promise of "we'll get this straightened out and get you a new contract." That was several weeks ago and still, nothing. They have our contact info, but what they no longer will have is our business. The Technician again showed up out of the blue (stand-up guy who is just doing his job), and I asked him to remove the traps, etc., and that we were going with their competitor. Horrible way to do business. If you want an organization that practices good business ethics beyond the bottom line -- this isn't it. Stay away at all costs. read more

Unreal. We weren't notified that Peachtree Pest Control bought out All Pro. We had been customers of All Pro for nearly 20 years, and they usually did a pretty good job. This guy showed up and never came to the door or announced himself (pretty poor considering we had no idea they were taking over our service.) He proceeded to randomly empty a small bit of contents from his backpack onto our front lawn. No barrier/bait treatment whatsoever around the perimeter of the house, which is what they always do. Then he just left! We just got a bill for $91 for all sorts of liquids/gels, etc. apparently used baiting our house! I'm wild. I called the company right after he left, and they said they would "discontinue my service" at my request (I had no contract.) They have yet to return my call about the bogus charge for servicing my house- I originally got a voicemail where a man said if we didn't pay the $91 they would send us to collections! Lazy employees with no conscience/work ethic, lying admins- horrible company. Stay far, far away from Peachtree Pest Control, what a scam. I'd give a zero if I could. read more

Ever since Pestban got bought out by Peachtree Pest Control, the service has been noticeably worse. I got an email receipt that a job had been completed (it hadn't) and I was home the entire time. I had to call in to get them to reach someone else and was told they would investigate the situation. Despite me saying that my gate was locked -- I knew I was going to be home so I would have to open it -- they said it was my word against the technician's. Impossible to do work in an area that's locked but the CS representative wasn't interested in hearing it. Problem #1 (bad customer service). Problem #2: come to find out, the technician read the house number incorrectly and serviced another house instead. Although they came back and did do the service, had I not been here and called in I would've had to assume the service was done initially. Three stars for at least having someone who answered the phone. read more

Peachtree Pest Control has always had and excellent reputation but it was just that much more icing on the cake when I spoke with "Aubrey" in Sales Administration. Poor communication. Asked to be given heads up when someone would be in my backyard because of dogs. i asked and had it put on my file. They NEVER did. I cancelled service because of this and the very next day, again, with no notice a employee rings my doorbell at 8am saying he is there to collect their bait traps. The service person came to the house while I was in the shower (81 years old, invalid) and whatever the heck he was doing caused the dog to bark like I have never heard before for 30 minutes. There is no excuse in this kind of service. Do not ever send this technician to my house again. I hired this company in March 2023 and paid $2,500 in three payments for them to clean up and seal entry points to prevent rat and wildlife infestations. They installed a motion detection device, claiming it would track the rats, but it was useless. Additionally, they failed to seal all the areas they inspected, despite assuring me they would. Even worse, the last time they came to remove the traps, one of the technicians sat outside my house playing on his phone for about 30 minutes before actually starting the work. And when they finally did, they never properly sealed the entry points--something I only discovered months later when rats were still getting into my house. When I requested another inspection, I realized their work had been incomplete. Extremely unprofessional. read more

We've been using PestBan, now known as Peachtree Pest, for pest and termite control since purchasing our home six years ago. After facing persistent issues with spiders and other pests, we discontinued their pest control service but continued with their termite monitoring, which initially included four inspections per year. However, a few years ago, they switched to a single yearly inspection and significantly increased the price. Two years ago, I paid the full annual invoice in October, but no one came to inspect or rebait the traps until February. This pattern has continued, with annual price hikes of 10-20% while service remained unchanged. We paid in October and didn't see anyone until February each year. This year, after receiving the renewal notice on September 5th, I informed them via email that we wouldn't be renewing. Without any follow-up or attempt to retain our business, they showed up 10 days later and removed the termite traps, even though we were fully paid for the year. When I called to ask why the traps were removed early, I was told it was because I "canceled." I clarified that I only chose not to renew for the next year, not cancel the current contract. Management has refused to provide a refund and has not reached out to explain why they we are denying the refund. I would advise caution when dealing with this company. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing reliable service, leaving you unprotected when it matters most. read more

Unfortunately we had to cancel their service. We tried our best to work with them to save the relationship with them (Jordan- retention department). They would not show up on the dates they said they would show up. They had no problem billing us us for their services but the services were never provided. read more

I contracted with them to install drip edge seal on my townhouse to exclude squirrels. They showed up and put a ladder up at one place and that was it. They put two snap trap rat traps in my attic and told me I did not need the drip sealed. They said It was properly sealed, which Is untrue. They refused any further. After repeated calls, I had conversation with supervisor who seemed responsive. It was a professional conversation and he made an appointment to come out. We both agreed we wanted to resolve. When he shows up, it was not about resolution, but they would not complete what was on the contract and that was it. He would not even go up to look at the 1inch gap! I then tried to contact managers and even the owner to resolve, with no response at all. They continue to attempt to collect the very high amount for not doing the work contracted! Peachtree Pest Control is an absolute scam of a business. Do not use them. I moved into a rental property that had pest issues from previous tenant, so I selected PPC to come out to help rid the place of bugs. They came to my home for the initial treatment and were supposed to come quarterly, but I never saw or heard from them again; however, I was billed regularly for service that was only provided once. When I informed them that no technician had been back to home since the initial treatment, they told me that someone did come out even though he never rang my doorbell or entered my home. I also asked, if a technician did come out, why wouldn't he enter my home to treat, since the problem is inside my home...not outside. I found it funny that they claimed a technician came out, but he left no door tag nor is he seen on any of the cameras that capture activity from every outside angle of my home. This company is extremely unethical and dishonest. I canceled my service and they continue to send me bills for services never provided. read more

Received a bill for "services completed" today. I've been home all day and have a ring doorbell in the front and rear of the house. No sign of the pest control employee being at my house. The bill said he was on site for 7 minutes....7 minutes...over $100 for 7 minutes of alleged service. The bill said that the customer was unavailable to sign when the services were completed....my garage door was open all morning as we were having our windows washed. I've called and cancelled my service and am wondering how many other quarterly service visits were phantom services like the one today.... read more

This company is trash. We have used hole in one pest solutions for years and they were acquired by PPC and service is not good. No confirmation of scheduled time, just a show up with door tag. (no call or ringing of door bell or knock on door) leave a door tag with markings of what service was done outside only and bill in email almost immediately after. Now why would you do that, show up, knowing you are supposed to service the inside of our home and place a tag on our door. This has happened not once but twice and the second time was supposed to be a follow up from the 1st non completed service. They mark the same boxes off, clearing webs and outside perimeter. We sit and wait for you and don't see you on our deck or by any of our windows clearing any webs, except the webs by our front door and steps(if any) but you mark that on the door tag and leave. Tired of companies with employees that don't do quality service. Full service we pay for is interior and exterior. As far as the company prior to this merge, was a family owned business and we knew each person that showed up to service our home. They called when pulling up and even confirmed a time prior. They did our entire home outside and inside. I miss hole in one pest solutions. Won't use PPC again. SMH read more

We got service years ago and I don't think anyone came out half the time. We work from home so would notice. Also they send text when they come out but I received maybe 4-5 in 2-3 years. Didn't have termites when they did there inspection but now we do. The traps looked as if they were not touched since install. Would not recommend. read more

I just received a scam in the mail from this company. I got a termite service renewal notice with my name, "service address", account number, renewal date, and total due. Except I have never hired or contacted this company. Any company that has to trick people into becoming customers is a terrible company. Run! I will be reporting them to the government. Installed gutter guards and also utilize their wildlife pest management when we had squirrels in the attic. The techs are always polite and professional. Terrible scheduling services. Poor communication between scheduler and actual person that comes to do the home visit. Ants are supposed to be included but coming once every 3 months is not going to cut it and they did not have anything long term. Multiple times requested they do the inside of the house with the outside and they always forgot. Had to do another appointment. Their service works for about 6 weeks. Then roaches start coming in, dying, but they make it inside the house. At about 8 weeks they come in alive. Definitely not a company I would recommend. read more

I thought this company was about professionalism and courtesy until this morning! Since I began using the company I had one service tech BJ, which I have had for 4-5 plus years! But after this merge Peachtree Pest Control doesn't even give me the courtesy of an email a text or anything! I only happened to call this morning confirming my appt time and by chance heard that BJ was rerouted. And when I mentioned oh a randoms person with no warning Gracie on the phone was rude to me! She didn't even care and then told me when I explained complexities with my schedule continued to be rude about well BJ isn't going to do it! I really thought Peachtree cared about their customers, but they don't. That was obvious to me and it was quite daunting! For me kindness respect and courtesy goes along way. What's wrong with after having a relationship with a company to expect they will be as considerate to you? Truly a sad day! Now will have to find a new company! read more

We chose to work with Peachtree Pest Control after seeing so many good reviews around the web, and finding a pleasant experience with the salesperson who came to our house to assess a problem we had with a couple of rats and squirrels who had been coming in through holes along our roof. The quote we received was better than many in pricing, and seemed thorough in that it would seal the gaps, then set traps, then come check them for weeks afterward, and finally to replace damaged insulation in the attic after the house had been cleared. The worker who showed up on the day of the scheduled repairs and traps settings showed up 45 minutes late. He was young, college-aged, and apparently hadn't been trained to introduce himself, explain what he was going to do today, or show any professional courtesy when I came out to introduce myself or see what was happening. His only comment to me was at the end of the job to make sure I reviewed his work online so he could get a bonus. The flashing he installed over the gaps did the job, but wasn't exactly top notch: cheap flashing, rather crudely installed with screws and spray painted to match our home's exterior. It did the job, but I could have easily done the same work in about an hour total, and surely with a bit more finesse for the price. He set up traps in the attic and beneath the house, which I was really surprised to see looked like just larger versions of the little wooden traps you can basically buy anywhere. Not super high quality, or even tech savvy; just wooden traps. Again, I could have done the same job in about an hour; I hadn't planned to hire a professional to do a job any person with a car to drive to Home Depot could do (in fact, the traps we had already laid ourselves were better than these). After a week, the new traps had caught nothing, and the rats were having free run of our house, easily avoiding the mediocre traps. I called the company and told them how nothing had changed, and a new worker came out to check on it. He was much better than the first, and showed me how the traps had been poorly placed, as they were in the middle of the room rather than along the walls where the rats would run. He repositioned them, and was much more professional than the original. He also assured me that the traps were high quality when I pointed out that they didn't seem very strong or professional. He assured me now they would work. Still, another week went by and nothing was caught. The traps weren't doing anything, and it did not surprise me in the slightest. Fed up, my fiance and I went to the store and bought the best traps they had, better than the ones we'd paid $1200 for. That night, two rats got caught in the traps we set, after they'd avoided the 'professional' ones for two weeks. I'd paid $50 for what I'd been charged so much for. I called back and explained this to the company, about my general dissatisfaction with basically every step of their service. Because I still was contracted for a $1000 insulation job, they said they wanted to keep my business, and understood my concerns, so would call back with a plan to make it better. In the end, they offered to knock $200 off the price of the trapping (which was basically the fee for coming back for the next month to check on the traps that weren't working, AKA to no longer charge me for a cosmetic service at best, tacked on to the end of an ineffective job. They didn't seem to really care that their traps were useless, and that the work they'd done had not actually gotten anything done. I went ahead with the insulation work, since as part of a package deal it was still cheaper than canceling, and how could you mess up insulation? They came out and did a fine job with that. They did not call back to see if I was satisfied with that job, or do anything to show that they cared in the slightest about me as a customer, besides that one moment refunding work that hadn't happened yet to reinforce the prior work that had done nothing. All in all, I see that there are a lot of good reviews for their pest work in yards, but I would be wary hiring them to do any indoor pest capturing or carpentry. Simply put, the work here isn't top notch, and the service policy seem to be 'do as much as necessary to check the boxes and then get out.' I feel sad that a local a company like this, who has seemingly been around forever, apparently cares so little about making sure their customer is satisfied, as long as they get their money. They told me their company can do everything. Like construction work, to roofing, painting, installation. Closing of box facials getting ridden of Rats. They send someone to replace my box facial. It still have With big gap and holes. My house is gray. They paint it white. I call to tell them I'm not happy with it. send them ten to twelve pictures where they were supposed to close and replace facial to trap rats from going in or out. Stephen manager said he would send someone out to replaced. I ask him if he would like it being charged $2000 and his house look like this. No it still look they same they never came. If they did I can't tell. I told him our deal was off. They put down three Rat traps next to my fireplace not sure why. Cut a hole in closet . Still have holes I didn't tell them to do. Another trap in one of the bedrooms. Rat trap they use is nothing special cheap $3 with yellow plastic ( Cheese I think) Nothing from trap. I have to get someone else to redo their work and repaint. August 2018. February 16, 2019 I'm getting a collection people calling me. What??? They want to get pay for someone else work. Go to Home Depot if you have Rat or mouses problem. Save you money. I've used Peachtree Pest Control for years for my Termite control. Recently I had them come out for a rodent problem in my crawl space. They set traps and left. Well the trap worked the only problem was they left the dead rodents to rot and cause my entire house to smell of dead rodents. I called them multiple times to resolve this and tell explain that I will not pay for this since they messed up so badly. The decided that my business of 10 years was not worth $100. So I closed my Termite Service with them and now they are sending me to collections for $100 dollars. read more

Five star service. Two star scheduling. Peachtree will schedule your appointment without confirming the time and date with you. They will show up, spray outside only and consider that a full service. You can call and reschedule, at no additional cost, but it really isn't a great process. The customer service of the field employees is incredible. They are knowledgeable, helpful and provide results. I would recommend them, but wish the scheduling was via email, or an online confirmation system. read more

I've been using Peachtree Pest Control since 2010 for multiple services, including termite and pest control, and wildlife. Recently, squirrels had begun nesting in a portion of an old greenhouse structure close enough to the house that I could hear them at night. Their wildlife team came out to remediate and not only did a great job, but came back out to screen my attic gables as part of my yearly contract. He goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions my tenant(s) may have, and he addresses my concerns as well. Oz explain the product(s) used, how it is used and what I can expect from the service. I will just put it out there - I had a MAJOR problems with roaches in each of the four units and I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to get them under control. Oz has been patient with me (and my tenants) as he worked diligently to get everything under control. I have used this company for several years now at our BnB. Things were fine until this year and the treatments seemed to do nothing. Several times we had them back out before I decided to switch companies. Now after speaking with a Representative months ago I'm still be billed via my debit card. I saw a pending charge and emailed the company to ask them to stop charging my account ( we live out of country now so can't call), and nothing. No reply just another charge. I don't know what has happened to the customer service and competency we first experienced but I would not recommend this company. read more

I have been with Peachtree Pest Control for the past 5 years and they are awesome. I have been having problems with a pesky squirrel who thinks my home is his home. Within an hour Peachtree Pest Control had Hunter out and he found the hole the squirrel chewed in my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having pest problems. read more

Long response time, but excellent work. We had rat and later squirrel problem, the second one was rather complicated case - they built the nest in the heater ducts and then died there from the monoxide poisoning. Once again, peachtree pest control has gone above and beyond with service and dedication to the customer. I've always been happy with termite and pest control, the wildlife team is awesome too! I've had squirrels in the attic and peachtree has sealed up the attic, set appropriate traps and is winning the rodent war in my house!! It's currently 95 degrees outside and Stephen is crawling around in my attic to make sure the critters are out! Total home peace of mind with these guys. They are all professional, courteous, and informative. You can't go wrong with Marlin, Josh, Zach, or Stephen. They show up when promised and provide follow up to make sure you are happy. Danny Watson in the office is also a pleasure. I started to smell something kind of gross a couple days before I was having a huge party... I called Danny in a panic and he assured me that they would come investigate and figure it out. Stephen and Scott came and found a squirrel that had died in the insulation. They saved the day!
