This was actually my second time visiting Serenity Wellness Spa, and honestly, it was just as amazing as the first -- maybe even better. Because of my job, I sit for long hours every day, which has led to constant neck and shoulder pain that's been bothering me for quite a while. The first time I discovered this place, I had just finished lunch nearby and was on my way to the supermarket next door when I noticed the newly opened spa. The storefront looked clean and inviting, so I thought, "Why not?" and decided to give their Swedish massage a try. I'm so glad I did -- Mandy, my massage therapist, worked absolute wonders. She relieved my pain so effectively, and I realized it had been ages since I'd had a massage that was both this professional and this comfortable. From that moment, I knew I'd be coming back. This time, I made a special trip just for the massage. Booking was quick and easy -- I called, and although they didn't pick up right away (probably busy with other clients), they called me back within a few minutes. The person on the phone was friendly, and we set up my appointment in no time. When I arrived, the spa had that same calm vibe I remembered -- soft music in the background, a light hint of essential oils in the air, and everything spotless. I booked another Swedish massage with Mandy, and before we started, I told her exactly where I was feeling the most discomfort. She listened carefully, asked a few follow-up questions, and then got to work, focusing on those areas. Mandy's technique is incredible -- her pressure is perfect, her hands are steady, and she always checks in to make sure I'm comfortable. At one point, she found a knot in my shoulder I didn't even know I had, and by the time she finished working on it, I felt a wave of relief. After the one-hour session, I honestly felt like a brand-new person. The stiffness was gone, my muscles felt loose, and I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and ready to take on the week. Both of my visits here have been fantastic, and I can't recommend Serenity Wellness Spa enough -- especially Mandy. If you're looking for real relief from aches and tension, this is the place. I'll definitely be coming back again... and again!

I went here for a Bachelorette's party and it was awesome! Big soaking tub and a massage…read moreafterwards? Heaven on earth!! We had an hour in the soak room which was big enough for 6 people! A steam, hottub and a cold plunge! They also gave us totes with robes so we could move to and fro areas. The massage was the best massage Ive ever gotten. It was a deep tissue with I believe her name was Jessica or Jesse. It was dim and very relaxing! I will say this place was pretty pricey so I'd do it for a special occasion! The only blip, and it really is a small blip is that one of the front desk ladies misheard my friend when she said she was paying for 2 of us and charged her for 3. We able to sort it out amongst ourselves (Thanks zelle lol) but they were very apologetic! I'll be sure to come back for an anniversary or something!

Small parking lot for customers…read more Six dragonflies: nice room with a lounge bed, hot tub, cold plunge and steam room (attached to shower). One hour is a good amount of time to relax, without feeling rushed. I do wish they provided robes and slippers as it can be inconvenient to use the outside bathrooms if you're already wet. Pro tip: keep your shoes/socks slightly elevated to keep them dry when you go in/out of the various water sources. If management is reading this, consider having a shoe rack in the tub rooms so that shoes and socks don't accidentally get wet and lotion in the bathrooms.

I had booked lymphatic massage with Jane's Therapy after seeing great reviews about her massages…read more I received reminder via text message which was helpful. She's operating out of her home in Santa Clara. Finding her place was easy- she also came to parking area to make sure I find the place. A few things that led to a meh experience- I have been to multiple places, including some who operate out of home, so naturally I'm comparing against those. This one felt weird. 1. The table is set up in the living room with one divider to cover shorter side (head) only, so the table is exposed in the longer side and quite open, with almost zero privacy. 2. Communication: I was expecting lymphatic massage but she suggested lymphatic is not good as it is very mild. Instead she would do a combination of lymphatic and will use pressure points. She kept pushing for it so I reluctantly agreed. During the massage she checked a couple of times about pressure, which was good. However the massage itself was just okay. Towards end of the massage she said her fingers hurt because she had to massage using fingers vs elbow. And she asked if I still wanted lymphatic but we are already at one hour at that point - that felt very off and weird. I declined because I didn't know if that would mean extra cost or not. It was also weird that she rolled her eyes as it to indicate it's a burden for her. The bed was warm but room was cold, with sofa and all open mess around. Overall it was pretty bad experience. It could be because she operated out of her home, but it was weird.

I've dealt with migraines for a while and tried a few different massage places without much luck…read more My friend suggested I check out Jane, and I'm glad I did. She was really understanding about my headaches and seemed to know exactly where to focus during the massage. After a few sessions, I've noticed my headaches aren't as bad as they used to be. Jane's office has a nice, relaxed feel, and she's genuinely nice to talk to. If you're looking for some relief from tension or headaches, Jane might be worth a try.
