I am so grateful to the amazing team at Coby Madison for repairing my wedding rings. I had been…read moremeaning to come in to get my rings resized as they had started to fit tight, but I waited too long and ended up having to get them cut off! One night I could not get my rings off no matter what I did! My finger even got swollen from trying to get my rings off. The next morning, I went into Coby Madison and was greeted by James. I explained my situation and he looked at my finger and right away noticed that it was swollen. He said he could help with cutting the rings off. He was able to get them off quickly, and although I was relieved to get them off after being stuck, I also felt sad that they had to be cut off. While getting the rings cut off, I got hot due to being nervous and James had me take a seat and gave me some water. I really appreciated how kind he was and that he understood having my rings cut off can be a bit emotional. Since my finger was swollen, I had to wait until the swelling went down to return to be sized for my rings to be repaired. James provided me with a bag to keep the rings safe. I returned two weeks later to make sure the swelling was completely gone. This time I was helped by Linda and she was amazing. She had me try on different rings to make sure we got the correct ring size. She provided me with options on how I could repair my wedding ring if I needed to change the design. She informed me that the store has a texting system which makes communicating with their customers easier. This really was convenient for me to get updates on the repairs for my rings. They had originally informed me that it could take 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders they are working on, so I was pleasantly surprised when my rings were ready in two weeks. I felt so naked without my rings, so I was happy that they had them ready quicker than expected. My rings came out great and fit perfectly! They also looked clean and sparkly. I had an amazing experience working with James and Linda. They provided great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference.
