This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

I found Easy Life Cleaning after searching for someone who would use eco-friendly/non toxic products in my home. In the past I had someone use my products, but the amount of work I had to do to prepare before the house cleaning was just too much and I couldn't keep it up. So I was really happy to find someone who brought their own safe products to use in my house. I have 1800sq ft. and was grateful they could come and thoroughly clean in under 4 hours. I was also surprised the ladies even changed our sheets for us before making up the beds. My shower also has not been this clean since we moved into our home. They did a great job and it feels so nice to have the whole house clean at one time, since as a homeschooling mom I can't keep more than one room clean at a time! I felt that the price was very reasonable too. They used high quality products- Dr Bronners and seventh generation along with good old vinegar and baking soda and essential oils and charged $300 for a first time cleaning. Compared to other companies I had looked at that did not use non toxic products, I felt this was a good deal. Definitely worth every penny and will use them again in the future.

The team is always so kind, helpful, accommodating and does such a thorough, beautiful job! I have not found cleaners that would make my place sparkle so well with such great attention to detail. They provided me calm and support in the chaos of a busy life. After I had to move across the country for a job, my elder mother had a fall, she had to be taken to the hospital by emergency services and was there for weeks. Being across the country and needing help I knew I could trust Shanna, Mariana and the team. But I didn't know that they would treat me like family, and give so much love and care to my moms place while she was away. I didn't know what they would find but I knew the apartment was in bad shape. Shanna and Mariana did such an excellent job, communicating the situation, working through the logistics and giving such care with every detail so her place would feel like home again, I really don't have words to describe how grateful I am to them when I felt so helpless and emotional. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

    This is the first time I had my windows cleaned and I'm astonished how clean and clear they can be…read more Anderson and Diego showed up on time and did a thorough job on all the windows, screens, skylights and solar panels. My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house. Their price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that Anderson and Diego did.

They are not the cheapest, probably closer to middle of the road, but well worth the fee for the service provided. While there was a small discrepancy between what was quoted and what cleaning was actually provided, I would rate what was done at 95% so I am still very satisfied. Would definitely hire them again, maybe just emphasize a few points if there are specifics I want more focus on.

We didn't realize how wrong we would be. We had a tenant change this year so we requested GO Cleaning service again. No issues with the appointment. After making the deposit, I did have to ask Juan three separate times for the appointment date and time. That actually concerned me but I glossed over it since they were so great last time. Then when I paid in full, he sent me a receipt for $400 (original quote) instead of $680 (increased quote to cover carpet stains). Another concern that I again, talked myself out of due to their prior work. Fast forward to after the work was complete... hubs went back out to the property the next day and realized there were several areas that he could just run his finger over and pick dust up from. This wasn't just a spot here or there, he went around the house and honestly wondered if they did anything at all. We even paid an extra $280 for carpet stain removal and NONE of the dozen or so stains were removed. That made us think that the tenants were just that bad. Because again, we're giving GO Cleaning the benefit of the doubt. Either way, hubs requested that they come back out and do "touch up work". The cleaning portion they seemed to do fine with. It's not the caliber that we would personally do ourselves if we had the time but we had so much going on that we really didn't want to spend yet more time with the cleaning service. The most important portion was the carpet stains, especially being that we paid an extra $280 for that specific service. Hubs couldn't check the stains after their work because the carpets were wet. He had to wait until they dried but he wasn't going to be back for another three weeks. When he returned, the carpets had dried but again, NONE of the stains had been removed. Could that have meant that these stains just weren't able to be removed? Since that was potentially the case, hubs called in the original carpet installers so they can see if these non-removable stains are covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, they were not covered but the guy was extremely helpful and manually cleaned one of the stains while hubs was there. He didn't use any special solutions, literally just water and paper towel. And voilà one of the stains was gone. His professional opinion was that the cleaning service just sprayed or powdered the stains and then just go over it with a shampooer with no actual specific stain removing actions. He stated that to take stains like this out you would literally have to use solution plot dry solution plot dry etc. This of course concerned us especially since we paid extra for the stain removal and we even had them come back out. I reached out to Juan to let him know and requested that his team come back out. I let him know that there had been no one at the home since the last time his crew was there so the stains were still part of their scope of work. He refused to send them out without charging us for brand new service, citing that their policy is only valid for 48 hours. So let me get this straight, your crew came out and didn't clean the stains (that we paid $280 for), like they should have. But we wouldn't have seen that until it dried at least 24 hours later. So what do you think happens if they come back out and nothing is done again? Absolutely nothing. Because there's nothing holding them to finish it. Because after the carpet dries the second time, then you're well past the 48 hours. So whether they did something or not, you have no recourse. Now here's the REAL kicker! After ALL of that, hubs ended up going over the carpet stains himself and getting all but three out, just by following the simple advice that the carpet installer had provided. The fact that Juan refused given our particular situation, shows that they have no integrity. They do not stand behind their work. I was gullible enough to trust them and give them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions because of their past work. Never again.

That was so unexpected and such an awesome surprise. I don't have a before picture, but trust me-- this after is way way way better than it was. Thank you Alejandra and Claudia!!! I don't mind if a team makes an assumption based on details in a conversation but there was zero acknowledgement of the change and only a yelp message the night previous to confirm it. No calls, texts, or emails after providing all my contact info. Instead. They sent their team to my door at 8AM without confirming - just wasting everyone's time. I get changes can happen and that's fine if properly communicated. I already found another cleaning service who handled my concerns clearly and timely while also being sure to actually confirm the time of appointment in multiple ways. I do not recommend this team purely based on their coordination, I'm sure their cleaning capabilities are fine but you better be over communicating with them to get the right work done. Tighten up total clean - don't send your team without confirmation.
