We have purchased a car twice at this Enterprise location - once in 2018 and just today. We had initially gone to Hertz car sales in Scottsdale and it was a little shady. They told us that they do not work with our credit union, and that we should finance through them and then refinance through our credit union. They also wanted to give us only $850 for our trade in, which they then tried to raise when we walked out. Came right to this Enterprise and it was a seamless and pleasant experience. Aaron and everyone who helped us was great. Absolutely no pressure, they had no problems working with our credit union, and our trade-in was within Kelley Blue Book. If you're looking for a used car, there's no reason to go to a dealer. Come here instead. We will recommend it to all our friends.

I bought a car from them the sales person John Styles was awesome friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond to find me the car. I really wanted after the incompetent office manager. Jessica sold the car I was purchasing. I was just waiting for the funding to get approved to for well knew that I wanted this car she says well that's just the way things happens in the car sales world , look you got a car you really wanted. John had gone above and beyond looking all over until he found a car in Tucson .He did this in a matter of hours to find me is a better deal and I am much much happier. Him self b an another associate then hand deliver the car to me. please if you are looking to buy a car enterprise look for John styles, he will take care of you I gave John five stars and Jessica One one star John should be promoted to management, and Jessica should be demoted my opinion.

The no haggle Price?!! You can say they did not know!?

Consumer Fraud alert. The price of the truck on their national site was listed. It is stated below the consumer price !! it was well below value.. and in big red letters on their site. it was a great deal. We took a screenshot of the truck. The price, the VIN, etc. We called the dealership and they confirmed the price with the other, branch and paid the transfer fee to buy the truck. The fee receipt lists the truck's info. The dealership salesman says" The truck is yours". We wait. We received a call. The truck is now in AZ from California. It Will be here tomorrow morning at 10 am. Both in text and on the phone call, we are happy.. Great we say. Oh, the bad news is we are going to charge 10k more!? ( Again after we paid the transfer fee, and confirmed the price) We informed them that this is illegal. They listed for one price took $$ and now wanted 10k more? The salesman says he will talk to the manager. We hear back from the manager. Who side steps and shuffles, points fingers, and says there were "mistakes". The list price was a "mistake." And the text informing us that the Truck was in state, was a "mistake." You see we are not liable as it now never left California. And the phone call confirming that the truck was in the state was another " mistake" (lie) The manager's solution was to attempt to go to the district rep and negotiate a lower price, that would still be $$ well above the listed sales price $$ that was offered. You know " mistakes". This is how they do business!!! Buyer beware.!!! We now have to get lawyers to keep the dealership honest. This is Awful.

Yes we went back when the family van had enough 217k mi. This time met Jessica and Rudy and our new 2017 Camry. It had to be pick up at another office Jessica offered ready next day. Rudy set up a trade-in I didn't believe for a well used family van and again no problems just satisfied customer even thought Camry needed windshield attention it was addressed immediately. If you see on enterprise web page car you like let them know soon cause the first car we saw went quick. Thanks enterprise from 3x customer .

The last Ford dealership service department used to use the words "recommended service." Peoria Ford uses the words "failed inspection." Do not use the words "failed inspection" with me if it is something that is recommended and the vehicle will still be safe to drive if I cannot get the ridiculously overpriced service performed at that time. One item they failed was the cabin air filter. They wanted $80 to replace it. I ordered one from Amazon. It took 10 minutes to replace. They also wanted $50 to put $5 felt pads on the battery posts even though it was another Ford Dealership that didn't put them back in the first place.

The bait-and-switch tactics mentioned in other reviews turned out to be absolutely true, and I regret not taking those warnings more seriously. Had I agreed to pay the higher amount they originally wanted for the vehicle, they likely would have sold it to me without issue. I even offered to wire the money directly into their account and personally travel to pick up the vehicle, which should have eliminated most of the risk on their end. The manager claimed they had issues in the past with bad checks, but I was never offering a check -- only a direct wire transfer. When I asked why my situation was different, especially since they said they occasionally make exceptions, it became clear they simply wanted to make more money on the deal and used the out-of-state policy as an excuse to back out at the negotiated price. The entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and completely ridiculous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and avoid the hassle altogether. I dealt with multiple salespeople, the internet manager, customer relations Beverly, and the main manager. Everyone was polite individually, and Beverly in customer relations was very nice on the phone. She passed me through to the right avenues and then spoke to the main manager of the whole place, but the dealership's overall business practices were completely disorganized, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. I originally negotiated a number, walked away from the deal, and then was repeatedly contacted and pulled back in by multiple salespeople afterward. After more discussions, more time invested, arranging logistics, and preparing to move forward, I was suddenly told by management that they "don't do out-of-state deals." Then the explanation changed again to basically: they do out-of-state deals when it financially benefits THEM, but not when they don't like the negotiated price. That should have been disclosed immediately from the beginning -- not after days of conversations and wasted time. To make matters worse, they specifically told me to have a friend physically go into the dealership to inspect the vehicle for me, which I paid for and arranged. So not only did they waste my time, they wasted my money and my friend's time as well. As someone with two small children, I spent time coordinating inspections, logistics, payment arrangements, and seriously preparing to buy this vehicle, only to get completely contradictory explanations at the end. If you don't sell vehicles out of state, say it upfront. Don't repeatedly re-engage a buyer, encourage them to continue forward, send them through multiple departments, have them inspect the vehicle, and then refuse to sell the car afterward. One of the most frustrating and unprofessional car-buying experiences I've had and I have bought a ton of Ford vehicles. Buyers should be extremely cautious dealing with this dealership go somewhere else trust the reviews.

Next day picked up the car & the service order showed the car would now pass emissions testing and that the logo had been removed The car failed emissions testing again and the logo had not been removed so went back to the Dealer. This time they said they would fix the problem, have the car emissions tested, pay for the test, change my oil for free & remove the logo. I picked up the car again and it had passed emissions (they paid for the test), and the logo was removed but they did not change the oil as promised and my windshield had a crack running half way across it. The windshield was perfect with no sign of a crack when I left it with them. I told the service associate about the crack & he said he knew nothing about it. I told him I thought they should pay for it. He thought that was funny & laughed at me and said no way but talk to the service manager. Perhaps, not surprisingly, the manager also knew nothing about the crack. But, he was emphatic that even if the crack was their fault they would not pay for it as there was a sign somewhere (I never saw it) saying they do not pay for cracks. When told him the oil had not been changed as promised he just gave me sort of a growl and reiterated he would not pay for the windshield. I left without the promised oil change and a broken windshield. They probably were not legally liable for the windshield damage but it was so obvious they were almost certainly knew about it. Even if they did not know, they had no interest in finding out what caused the damage or covering it as goodwill the cause of damage being unknown. Such conduct is probably one reason they are one of the lowest rated Nissan Dealerships in the area. . Based on my documented experience they can't be trusted to preform promised services or take responsibility for their actions which is unsettling especially for an 86 year old who really needs folks he can rely for needed services.

Sinclair was fantastic--patient, thorough, and took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle before leaving. These problems started almost immediately after I left the dealership, and despite countless conversations with service managers and staff, I still do not have a real resolution. I have been told these are "maintenance issues," yet I have maintained the vehicle, including oil changes and replacing the battery. That does not explain the electrical failures, the ongoing 4x4 problems, the broken radio screen, or why the vehicle continues having trouble starting. Today, May 17, 2026, the vehicle is once again dead, even though the battery was replaced less than seven months ago. What is most concerning is the lack of transparency and accountability. The dealership has kept my vehicle on several occasions, and I specifically asked Ty in December 2025 for a detailed, itemized list of all repairs and work performed on my vehicle. His response was simply "sure." It is now May 2026, and I still have not received anything. I was also told the dealership has already spent over $10,000 attempting repairs on this vehicle, yet I continue getting it back with unresolved problems and being told it still needs additional work. At this point, I cannot trust this vehicle beyond driving to work. I cannot comfortably take road trips or rely on it without constantly worrying it will break down. A good dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and communicate honestly with their customers. Instead, after a year and a half of repeated complaints, unanswered requests, and ongoing issues, I feel like I am being brushed aside rather than helped. I am simply asking for responsibility, transparency, and a proper resolution for a vehicle that has had persistent issues since the day it was sold to me.

Upon arrival for our appointment with John, George came to the front to introduce himself.... yes get it they're salesman but so many times you don't get such a welcoming! John already knew what kind of SUV we were interested in but he said he also found one that he'd love for us to look at, he wouldn't tell us what make because he wanted us to give him a chance! Once we saw this gorgeous Grand Cherokee L, fully loaded with 3 row seating with all the bells & whistles John had us, I told him he is good! The previous owner had every add on feature you could imagine including the passenger touchscreen, where I can search for restaurants, etc. then send the info to the main touchscreen for my husband! We knew the next SUV had tall orders to out-beat this choice & it was a very quick decision that we found the right SUV for our family! John was an amazing salesman, he knew our taste after meeting with us & he stayed within our budget! We got the car for an amazing price compared to other dealerships & we added on a 5 year bumper-bumper powertrain warranty including getting the SUV some new tints that are darker for the Arizona sun! My husband went back for the tints a couple of weeks ago and they did a great job & he was in & out within a couple of hours! I really hate how all car salesman are put in the same box as being pushy sharks, etc. because at the end of the day that's how they make their pay my friends... it's called earning a commission which is no different than a realtor! Alan assessed my trade & got close to what Carvana was giving me so I was pleased with that. Couldn't get the vehicle exactly the way I built it @ Subaru's website. Joined a Forester Facebook group. One of the admins is the plant mgr. at the Subaru factory in Lafayette, IN. She also apologized on Alan's behalf and assured me the Japan factory is not "shut down". They were simply taking off an extra 2 days during the months of May & June. Hardly what I would call "shut down" 4.) Asked Alan about the Subaru Ambassador discount. Alan advised he had no idea what the Ambassador discount was. I brought in the loyalty coupon instead to prove the loyalty discount is still in tact. :) lolol. 5.) Leaving dealership on the evening of 05/12, Alan assured me he would keep me updated every single step of the way. That never happened. In fact, realistically, Alan did not even need to sell me the car. I walked in & knew exactly what I wanted. He never kept me posted. I did all of the legwork myself. I called SOA constantly for updates. He had no idea my vehicle even arrived on 06/03 until I let him know. Maybe Alan was having a few off-days. I have no idea. He never apologized which was upsetting to me. I gave him (and the dealership) the benefit of the doubt when I picked up my new Forester Wilderness on 06-04. He did review the vehicle with me and the finance mgr., George, was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Other than my interaction with George, I don't know if I have super great things to say about Peoria Subaru except that once my vehicle DID arrive - everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. But getting to that point and my initial conversations and interaction with Alan left me unimpressed. I believe he could benefit from a few Customer Service 101 training sessions. He seemed to over promise and under deliver basically everything that came out of his mouth on 05/12. The only thing he did adhere to (and maybe most important) are the final numbers in which we agreed upon. I was pleased with that. I'm giving them 4 stars... but realistically, it's a 3.5 in my book. They're 3 miles away from our house which is convenient and the vehicle order was correct, but the interactions from sales was disheartening at best. If the dealership feels anything I've written is inaccurate, I'd be happy to discuss with the general manager.

While Honda CORPORATE completely dropped the ball and failed to stand behind a known issue, Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to help make it right. My service advisor, Divac, was outstanding!! He was always responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He understood my frustrations with Honda Corporate, took the time to answer my questions, and never made me feel like I was being brushed off, he took the time to respond to me, even on his day off! Chris, the Service Manager, was great. He listened, advocated for me, and genuinely tried to help, even when the decisions were out of his hands. I can't express my gratitude to Divac for his patients with me and continued effort to advocate for me up the chain of command. Thank you to Ricky, the service technician, for taking pride in your work, taking the time to come and speak with me on your own accord to really understand the whole issue and discuss the mechanic with me. You spent time listening to my concerns, validating them and explaining mechanics I was unfamiliar with. It's reassuring knowing my car was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and took care enough to speak with me directly. Although I can't say the same about Honda CORPORATE , I can honestly say the team at Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to make up for Corporate's shortcomings. That's a reflection of the people working there, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. I will continue to use Arrowhead Honda Service Department as long as these three are there.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured. After spending the day looking at cars, we told Alex we wanted to take some time to think about such a big purchase. He completely understood, never pressured us, and simply gave us his contact information so we could reach out when we were ready. A few days later, we came back and purchased our vehicle from Alex. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership, from the sales team to the finance staff, was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out is that this is a volume dealership. Instead of focusing on making the highest commission on each sale, they focus on selling more vehicles at competitive prices. That's one of the reasons they're able to offer some of the best deals in the Valley. If you're looking for a great price and an honest, no pressure buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Alex. He truly made what can be a stressful process an enjoyable one. Thanks again Alex Taylor.

This is unacceptable to me and i will never darken that doorway again
