Majority of the clothing in her store is made in the USA - there are some out-liners that may be made elsewhere. Although it's called Basic Black Collection, there are many other colors of clothing in this store. I had initially called Tilly's at the Wiregrass after scoping out their women's selection of…read moresandals-I found many pairs that I had loved but was set on finding a pair of women's Rainbow Flirty Braidy in dark brown because they are amazing and all this California girl ever wears! I rang Tilly's first thing this morning and a young gal by the name of Hannah had answered-right off the bat she was charismatic, professional and down to help. I inquired about product availability on a few different pairs of sandals there in this particular store location...within just a couple of minutes she popped back on the phone and had my Rainbow's in stock and offered to hold them upfront-AWESOME! A few hours later my husband and I had made it in and was graciously helped by not only Hannah but Jennifer as well. The gals had my Rainbow's up at the front counter, so we went ahead and roamed aimlessly for jewelry, men's apparel, Vans, blah blah blah...basically anything that we dug and wanted! The entire time that my husband and I were there both Jennifer and Hannah were completely available, helpful and talkative- I have to admit that our convo's organically became really refreshing because it turned into random crap that wasn't really relevant but completely embraced. Randomly, Jennifer had mentioned that she had visited Huntington Beach, Ca just a couple of weeks prior for a company (Tillys) event...the "random" part of all of that is the fact that Huntington Beach, Ca is where I was born n' raised. It was rad to see Jennifer's face light-up while she was telling us about her trip. Clearly, I love ramble but hands down these 2 girls were pretty damn awesome and great representatives of Tilly's. By the time that we had left I literally felt like I had a couple of new girlfriends....and my husband was hoping for some pillow fighting...in slow motion...not joking...and I'm totally ok with that! I was looking for a men's double breasted suit. Unfortunately, I was going to have to purchase it…read moreonline. However, the sales lady had me try on sizes so when I ordered it, it fit perfectly! It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

Got my hair colored, highlighted, and cut. I forgot my glasses so I couldnt really see well. When I…read moregot home, omg, the highlights weren't even close to the rootline. I'm talking over an inch in the front. But I could only notice it when I got home and pulled my hair back into a ponytail. AND, all of the highlights are different shades. She SWORE there'd be no orange color in my hair. Yikes! The whole top was filled with awful orange highlights.The back? Super light highlights. None of them are evenly distributed and some of them are wide strips. I've never had a worse dye job and in 52 I think my NON-stylist sister could've done it better. So now I'm out $240 and it's absolutely AWFUL and I'm so embarrassed. I have events coming up and I don't even want to go to any of them. Sorry, but no one should go to Jes. It look her 4 hours for my to totally trash my hair. I'm so sad.
