I saw another location in Houston. Always wanted to check it out. I was just killing some timing happen in the past one up and I said let me just check it out. I believe this is the newest location of the 3. Someburger did a nice job with the dining space on the inside. Lots of tables to dine in. You order at the counter or you may drive thru and order. The main draw here is the Someburger and fresh cut fries that are seasoned beautifully. I've had the pleasure of trying the original someburger in Baytown and it was delicious and fresh! Unfortunately I can not say the same here. The burger has been downsized and there used to be a cheeseburger someburger but now it is an add on at .89 My bun was not hot or lightly toasted like the original and they do not take the time to melt the cheese on your burger. Overall underwhelming! The fries were fresh and hot. I do like the nice touch of having Tony Chatcheries Creole seasoning on the table for whatever your heart desires! Would I come here again probably to try the chili cheese dog and grilled cheese. Oh I do want to mention I tried the strawberry shake and it was fresh with real Strawberries blended in! read more

Let's start by saying both locations are terrible. They are over priced and not worth it. The so called home cut fries or whatever must have been cut the day before and stored or soaked in grease then under fried or possibly the grease isn't hot enough. It's so easy to cut a potato just before you fry them. As I'm sure they have a counter top press. Anyway, the burger was underwhelming and the shake was expensive and needed more cookie in it otherwise it's just smooth ice cream in a cup. Please put up some sort of sun blocker, tint, or shades for that sunset that blares in the entire dining room at sunset. Tried both locations ONCE and will never again step foot in either. Someburger Mont Belvieu, Tx 12-18-2024 We have always enjoyed eating here however tonight we asked where is the manager? Answer: there is no manager. Who is the owner? Answer: I don't know. Finally Talked to the manager....we told him that we didn't like the fact we have to order our food and then we have to get our food, however they want a tip You can only pay with a credit card, but it will not close out until you tell them no tip The manager told us that he only makes $12 an hour so I'm working for tips and in a very loud and ugly voice he said "we don't have to come back anymore." There have been a few times that my husband has gone back and he has talked to the woman at the counter, and she asks him if he wanted to leave his name and phone number for the owner...BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. I absolutely hate not going there since 12-18-2024, they made the perfect hamburger. Food was nothing special, I asked if their was any kids meals and the cashier got bother and said " we only have what's on the screens" I think they over price the food for regular burgers with no seasoning, for the price I paid I could have gone else where and get better burgers and way better service. Cold soggy fries, room temp "quarter pounder" burger patty (more like an eight pounder), and a vanilla shake that tasted like butter. Took over 15 minutes to get food in the drive thru. Don't go here unless you enjoy being disappointed! No wonder it was empty. read more

Manager needs to go to office supply & get 3 yard signs-- 1 that says drive thru w arrow, 1 that has menu printed out (see this location yelp listing for menu), and 1 sign that says next window please. Drive thru experience chaotic & confusing where to go. I repeated my order for 1 burger combo many times, they kept getting it wrong, I had to write it down for them. Burger Ok, fries cold & lotsa small broken burned bits. Get a better fry basket sorter. And don't put fries in open ended triangle wrap that spills fries everywhere. I will not be patronizing this establishment, & letting everyone know, this restaurant does not honor the US government's cash. The food is pretty over priced while not being the best. They got our food to us pretty fast but the wait was super long for a shake. we ended up asking for a refund for the shakes because we were tired of waiting, then they refunded our entire 40 dollar order.
