I was encourage to come every 3-4 months for teeth stain. I opted to change my home care routine and fixed the issue myself. Last month at my regularly scheduled cleaning, I was told I needed full mouth periodontal cleanings every 3 months due to "5" periodontal readings and gum tissue bleeding. I could tell she pushed the tool into the gums too far on purpose and caused bleeding. She refused to give me my regular cleaning and told me I was now diagnosed as a periodontal patient and could only receive periodontal cleanings from now on. Two weeks later, I went to another dental practice. My periodontal charting was normal and no bleeding. I do not need periodontal cleanings.

Great initial consult and review of what to expect for the extractions. Prompt in getting her seen for all of her appointments. On the day of the procedure, from the time they took her back to when she was ready for us (after 4 extractions), the time was only about an hour. Dr. Harris called that evening to check in and see how she was doing. Follow up appointment 10 days later was great - prompt and quick. I was an academic general surgeon and I can recognize skilled surgical talent immediately - she has that talent and efficiency - no time is wasted when the work starts. She and the office do not waste your time with endless cosmetic surgery promotions - most dentists have lost their way and have forgotten basic dental surgery skills but if you want Botox or white teeth, those dentists will provide. In comparison, Dr. Melissa Goins provides excellent dental care.
