What was disappointing is that no one informed me that my February appointment would be with an entirely new dental practice. I only found out after I arrived. I went ahead with my cleaning and exam, assuming everything was the same. Then, months later in July 2026, I received a notice saying I owe $208 to this dentist office. I have dental insurance and have never owed on my once a year cleaning and exam so I called and asked about this bill and was told my insurance did not cover my appointment. After speaking with my insurance I find out this office did not update their status as a provider until MAY so they were considered "out of network" at the time of my appt. At no point before or during my visit did anyone tell me they were not in network or verify that my insurance would not be accepted. Had I been informed, I would have simply scheduled my cleaning with an in-network provider. To make matters worse, my insurance processed the claim as out of network and sent me a reimbursement check for $119. Now the office is demanding that I pay them $208 instead of accepting the insurance reimbursement. This entire experience feels like a bait and switch. Patients should be informed when a practice changes ownership and, more importantly, when their insurance is no longer accepted so they can make an informed decision before receiving treatment. I don't think I need to be paying extra because they failed to update their insurance status. Instead of just taking the insurance check this office would rather loose a client and charge me extra. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I hope the practice improves its communication and transparency so other patients don't end up in the same situation. I would not recommend this office on the principle that they can't even take ownership of their own misstep in handling their insurance status with delta dental and made the customer pay the price. Had the Office just accepted the insurance check as full payment I would've never left a review and probably would've continued being a patient there.

One replaces two fillings for me and the other did a root canal ... My teeth are terrible I know... :( But I was pretty traumatized by the pain that lingers after each procedure. When I cam to this office, I had the same fear. The first time, I had all the amalgam on the left side done. Took about one hour and I came home without any sensitivity. I came back again and finished all the right side. Again, no sensitivity vs. the worked that was done by previous dentists. They also stop in between procedure when they see that I needed a break.
