Scan taken for a new crown was invasive and apparently, they didn't do it right as they called me back in to do it again a few days later. The crown does not feel right. 2 cavities that he supposedly fixed fell like unfinished concrete. I asked him to smooth it out and he only made it worse. When he numbed me up for a crown, I could not feel my entire lower part of my face or nose for like 6 hours. Rediculous. I asked him for an invoice so I could pay what insurance didn't pay and he sent me a copy of my Explanation of Benefits with the difference of what he bills and what the insurance pays and had that written down on my EOB. The Balance according to the EOB was $250 which I would have been happy to pay. He still would not send me an invoice. He had one BS excuse that there was confusion between my last dentist and his billing and he was acting as my advocate. What? Total BS as I hadn't seen my last dentist in 6 months. His assistant is his wife. What? Who does that? NO ONE. Never will I go back and Never would I recommend him to anyone. I got the willies the first day I walked in there. Should have fallowed my instincts and walked out.

I had an aching tooth and based on previous experience I booked an appointment with Dr. Thomas for an evaluation. As suspected, that tooth had a problem and needed a root canal which Dr. Thomas did the next day. Once again, he did an excellent job. After the anesthesia wore off I had minimal discomfort - I won't even call it pain. During the procedure Dr. Thomas was kind, gentle and supportive. His assistant was also excellent. I doubt that you'll find a better place for endodontics in the valley.

Even though I have unsubscribed multiple times and called Anderson Dental at least 3 other times asking them to remove me from their emails and visit reminder calls, despite their reassurance they would stop them, I continue to receive reminders. Today I received yet another email from them. We are entrusting our health providers with our contact information. They should have that information protected in a way that they can control its use for their business. If you are a healthcare provider who has a 3rd party doing your emails and reminders, your contract should make it clear that they have a process for removing numbers and emails. Otherwise, it is your business that has failed to protect your patients.
