I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dental office involving both customer service and billing. After scheduling an appointment for wisdom tooth removal, a crown and a cleaning I arrived at the office only to be told that my appointment had not been scheduled. I requested to speak with a manager, and although they were eventually able to fit me in to the schedule, the visit was very rushed. They were only able to pull my wisdom teeth that day, so that is what I paid for during that visit. In the months following the appointment, I began receiving repetitive phone calls, requesting payment services specifically for the filling, and the cleaning that I did not receive. Upon multiple attempts of me letting them know these services had never gotten done my card was still charged for those items without my authorization. This has been extremely frustrating, and I hope the office reviews their scheduling and billing processes to prevent similar issues for other patients. I would highly seek other dental offices! If I can give this place a negative star review I would! read more

2 months ago I went to this place to get a dental crown that broke and only lasted 3 years. They told me they couldn't honor the warranty because I hadn't kept my six-monthly appointments. Anyway, I went ahead and bought a new one. Yesterday, the new crown is the permanent one and it came loose. They are too far away for good quality. Be very careful. I hope this advice helps someone. The service Shitty! I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes. My appointment was at 4 PM. By 5:15 PM I was taken to get x-rays. 5:35 PM the doctor finally showed up looked in my mouth asked me a couple of questions and left, by 6 o'clock I was still sitting in there waiting for the doctor to come back and take the tooth out. He never came back so I went out into the lobby. Got my card and I left oh but before that I asked the young x ray girl about the appointment scheduling she told me that's not her problem that I was there for an hour and 15 minutes. Horrible just horrible. Then I asked the doctor when he finally came in the first time and looked in my mouth about the scheduling, he brushed it off and asked me what can I do for you today? Since prescriptions were not completely filled out I am not able to pick them up. Currently waiting on a phone from this dental office to the pharmacy, who knows how long I'll be here. I do not recommend this place.. I was 19 when I got braces here. I really like the price so I went with them. I had my braces on for 2-3 year. I just had a small overbite. There was only 1 dentist on duty and a bunch of assistants. Never got the care needed. I got my braces off because I was so sick of their service. Didn't fix my byte and still had some teeth out of place. Wasted 2,000$ and a lot of time. read more

i had an appointment just to check on braces but ended up getting a deep cleaning same day I usually have major anxiety so I get Xanax laughing gas and the numbing but with them they just used the gel and I really didn't feel the shots at all half my face was numb I loved it. the prices were very reasonable also read more

I went in for a tooth removal with plenty of time schedule in the middle of the removal and after they have beat me tooth and chin they realize they can not do it . they keep looking at the xrays don't they look at them before they start the process?? it seems they do not know what they are doing , they send me to a surgeon to get this done with my tooth in pieces and in pain for all the time they tried to removed it. they send me on my way with out even apologizing or even saying sorry after they charge for the service now I have to pay again for something they did not do and I pay for. stay away from this place read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the unprofessionalism of this place. The only reason I am still here is because I paid IN FULL for my braces and of course they will NOT refund me. Front desk staff and "manager" are an absolute JOKE!! Every time you have an appointment forget it in being out of there at a reasonable time. Today my appointment was at 12:30.... everyone that got there way after me got called in before me. I asked twice to check how much longer, come to find out the stupid little girl upfront didn't even check me in because they over book their schedule and don't know how to manage it. I didn't get called back for my appointment until 1:20pm without a single apology. Then to go tor he back with a "tech" and well everyone in their cell phones instead of working. The girl I got today was so rough with my mouth, so inconsiderate, walked out in tears of how much she hurt me, after I told her she was hurting me. To then find out she put the wrong color on my brackets!!! This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE as I said. Managers are just as rude and unprofessional as the next. No one takes responsibility for shit. I do not complain this easily and not in this matter, but as you can tell I am furious about the entire experience since day one. Until this day it has only gotten worse!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE. When one of my brackets fell off I tried and tried and tried to get in to get the wire cut as it was cutting in the inside of my lip.... GOT NOWHERE!! Left messages after messages to a "supervisor" and a "manager" with no response. Don't even mention their answering service which sucks ass!!! Rude as hell and disrespectful. Well I went for 4 weeks with the wire still hurting me until it was my scheduled follow up. Completely unacceptable. While you wait for an hour for them to call your name.... 5 of them go to get coffee at the mall because they don't have any supervisor on staff. I am absolutely disgusted with SOMOS DENTAL!!! I doubt anyone from their establishment will read this or say anything about it. All of the "good" reviews about them are fake and from their staff. If I could I would give them no stars. This company has horrible work ethics. First appointment for three of the girls after getting their braces put on their brackets fall off. Dental assistant did not wait long enough for brackets to bond on properly. They were in too much of a rush to go back and record themselves dancing. We've gone back for another appointment where they completely forgot one of three girls. Called back 2 and left the other to wait. Only to tell us to come back another day as everyone had left for the day. Keep in mind they had 3 girls scheduled it 2! They do not have orthodontist see the children. I've asked them not to book new clients as they can not hold up to the demand. Stay away from this business. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have requested a refund for 3 of my girls and have not been able to. I've spoken to Mrs Staple there and Bianca to only keep getting transferred. I NEED MY MONEY BACK AS IT IS GOING TO COST DOUBLE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ACTIONS. read more
