STAY AWAY from this office and all their other locations. I went to 43rd but it seemed they were money hungry. Went to 75th ave & the dentist is GREAT hence the one star. Horrible company. They are DESPERATE for money. Asked them to not bill my old jobs insurance and that I have ahcccs now and they billed it anyway just because ahcccs denied ONE out of two teeth. Granted, the old jobs insurance was still active even though I told them I don't want them to use it since I submitted an appeal with ahcccs to get it covered. I just received both letters from both insurances today & that's how I found out. I even went out of my way and called ahcccs prior to getting my teeth pulled and they said it would be covered with the $1,000 emergency dental. That's why we ended up doing the extractions because I told them I had no money to pay it. Otherwise, I would have rescheduled. They kept trying to keep having me back but why would I when they don't listen or do their job with the insurance or send meds when you NEED them. I had to call all the time just to finally get antibiotics a week later after realizing how bad the infection was regardless if the xray didn't show it. I referred a coworker there and they wanted her to do it there too even though she needs to be put under. They don't offer laughing gas either. They wanted to do her implants even though she needs an oral surgeon. Anything so they get to bill you instead of another office. UPDATE: AHCCCS did cover it the first time hence why the appeal was denied because they lied about that too. I should've known they were money hungry when they wouldn't even try to get the PA approved through AHCCCS & I had to call them. All cuz they just wanted me to pay out of pocket. read more

Customer service was impecable, the courtesy call I got as a reminder while I was lost really helped. The office was understanding and the service provided was cordial, on point and gentle. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional and charasmatic. So, far for the first appointment I highly recommend it. My appointment was for 5 pm, I arrived at 4:45pm wasn't called to the back til 5:10pm! The hygienist asked what am I here for today I told her a cleaning she then took X-ray's! It's now 5:57pm and No one has been back in room 10 yet!! I hear everyone tell everyone goodbye but still no orthodontist or hygienist has come to start a cleaning or checkup!! It's now 6:03pm the doctor just now came in!! This is ridiculous waiting an hour to be seen! The doctor leaves and now the hygienist just told me she'll be back So I don't know if I'm getting my teeth cleaned or just waited an hours to get x-ray results!! STAY AWAY !!!! This place has gone downhill fast. They make you wait forever and never call you back on time. The manager is just as unhelpful and unprofessional as the staff -- rude, dismissive, and no help when you try to bring up concerns. The turnover is constant and they add random charges out of nowhere. I don't recommend coming here at all. read more

This place did a great job. I was called back with in 10 minutes. I got fillings a deep cleaning and two wisdom teeth pulled the experience was pleasant throughout. The lady that did my deep cleaning made me feel at ease the whole way throughout and very personable as well. Dr corbridge was a complete rockstar. No matter how tough you are getting your teeth pulled comes with a little bit of anxiety and he made sure to talk you through it and make you feel at ease and you could tell he cares about his patients. I have been with Desert Sky Family Dental for about almost a year now and I really do appreciate their staff. Not only that but I like that this location offers both Dental and Orthodontic treatment. It's very convenient if your looking into both and to being at the same location. Dr. Robison is amazing orthodontist doctor and really takes the time to make sure everything this going smoothly and right! If I could, I would give them zero stars. First off I was not provided the full service that was included in my Groupon. I paid to get an x-ray, basic cleaning, and consultation. I did not receive any cleaning whatsoever and they said I needed to get a deep clean which costs over $1500!!!! I called and asked them why I did not get my teeth cleaning they said I would have to get the deep cleaning BEFORE I got the basic cleaning (which the basic cleaning is all I wanted to get). Second of all, they were almost 30 mins late getting to my appointment!! I am NOT happy with this place and I will NEVER go here again. Don't waste your time and money on them!! read more

I was recommended by a friend to come here and I'm so glad I did. I'm not gonna lie, the reviews on here made me hesitant to come here but they're really old reviews so don't let it scare you away. Everyone is friendly here, their office staff, assistants, hygienists and dentist. I came here looking for a second opinion. I ended up paying way less than what another office had quoted me. More than 50% less, and the service was way better as well. I highly recommend for anyone who's thinking about coming here to give it a try and not be scared of the old reviews! The doctors and staff have changed from previous years. They are really willing to explain things and helped me understand what I needed and different ways to go after it. The front desk girls were very friendly and happy, always laughing, in a good way. I think Paula was the laugher. The assistants seemed to be very busy and helpful if I had questions. I had Fabiola and ruby? Quiet but very nice and helpful. If I could offer any area for improvement it might be to touch up the paint but besides that I had a really nice experience. I just had the rudest phone call with them an hour ago. I called to change my appointment for personal reasons and the guy who answered laughed. And started putting me down saying they make and look time for me and that I can't change it. Then he said he was gonna charge me $35 for even trying to change it. When 1. They never charged me before. And 2. I signed a contract saying if it was two days before they wouldn't charge me. And the guy didn't even know the day and time I was suppose to come in. Then he started saying how it took him an hour an a half to get to work so "I can make it too" like if it was my business or if I cared. Then he asked why couldn't I make it in such a rude way. Is it even his business ?! Then said he'll see me the time I'm suppose to go in. I had to demand to change it. he hung up with out telling me what day and time he changed my appointment too. I'd give zero stars if I was able to. This was the filthiest most unprofessional dental office I've EVER been to. I called to schedule an emergency root canal. The women answering the phones in the front office confirmed they would be able to take care of me, in her words, "immediately upon my arrival". When I arrived I was blown away by the dirty waiting room, counters, restroom, and dental stations. After having me wait for OVER 3 HOURS I was called to the front desk only to wait for the woman to finish her text messaging and phone calls with multiple friends on her personal cell phone. 25 minutes later, once I interrupted her, she informed me that they did not in fact have any type of emergency services. Also, if I needed the root canal she would need $750 IN CASH at that very moment. Needless to say, I do not carry that kind of cash and was told they were not even able to help me that day anyways because they were "booked solid". I was livid. Left. and have never returned since. There are too many businesses out there to put up with this type of service, or lack there of. read more

I arrived at the office and was seen pretty quickly. The gentleman who took my X-rays was professional and then I saw the acual dentist. She checked me out and said I only needed a thorough cleaning. The hygenist came in.......that is where the trouble began. She used the polishing tool the entire time and ended up using it on my lip, roof of my mouth and tongue. I told her it was hurting and she said "oh". After about 10 minutes of this she takes out the wire looking tool and barely touched my teeth, then flossed (in name only) about 10 of my teeth. She did not even get near the gumline as you are supposed to. She then went over and put some gross tasting goo in the foam duck bill looking thing and put it in my mouth. I asked if that was the cleaning and she just walked out of the room. I am pretty sure I was her first patient EVER!!! I will now probably have to pay for a cleaning elsewhere since this was covered by insurance. read more
