Love this salon!! I've gone in there 3 times and it's always so clean. The owner has been the sweetest and she does a great job. I've been to a couple different places and usually they get mad when you want them to fix something but she is so nice and is totally willing to fix anything. I have gone to Sonali about 5 times so far and i love it! Just as all the other reviewers have said, she really is the best at what she does. Previously I have gone to a salon near by and they did a good job, but never listened to what i really wanted, I've had an issue with my eyebrows for as long as Iv'e been getting them done. They are very uneven with one arching high and the other more flat. I have never gone to someone who has been able to even them out or make them appear even (since its just the way my eyebrows grow)...until i came here! She listened to everything I told her and actually spent time on perfecting what i wanted. She kept making sure I was okay during the process, kept showing me in the mirror to make sure that's what I wanted, and even asked about removing certain hairs to make sure i would like it. She would stop threading and take a step back and make sure that she did the best jpb possible. I always hated my eyebrows and having to pencil in some parts to try and make them look even...now i love them!! I will never go anywhere else. Some other good points are: the shop is always clean, she is very gentle, the aloe vera massage she does at the end is awesome, her prices are super affordable, she has excellent customer service and on and on.... Great job doing my brows. Asked me numerous times if I was happy with the shaping she did. I didn't get her name but she was the only lady in there lol. Loved my experience here! I had originally gone to another place in Fullerton but due to my horrible experience there, I knew I had to go and try something new. I found this place on Yelp and seeing how it has 5 stars after 65 reviews, I knew I had to go and try it out. I had Ketan as my threader and she was great. She asked me how I wanted my brows and after threading one eyebrow, she would stop, give me the mirror, and asked how I liked it. Occasionally, she would ask me if I was doing okay which was something I never got at my other threading place. She then would give me different options on my shape of my eyebrows which was helpful. The nice massage and cream was nice at the end. Very professional and kind. Will definitely be coming back and getting eyebrows + lip for $10 and no wait on a Saturday afternoon is definitely going to bring me back.
