I use yelp a lot but rarely ever write a review but for this i just had to. I chose this place based on her reviews and the fact that it had 5 stars. When we got there my friend pointed out a sign it said "$1 off for yelp" she was like that's why it has 5 stars you get a dollar off. I didn't want to leave without out testing it out myself. So let me just that the fact that you get a dollar off has nothing to do with her service she really is as great as they say! Super gentle she massaged my eyebrows after with aloe Vera so the redness would go down which it did! And I loved my eyebrows after seeing her work my friend decided to get hers done too she loved it just as much as i did. Definitely glad I found this place it had taken me so long to find another one after they closed my usual place. Love!!!!! I have been having Ketan (The Owner) do my eyebrows for probably the last 3 years. I have followed her (knowingly and accidentally) from Brow Mantra in Fullerton to the small salon in La Habra (accidentally yet serendipitous) and then luckily I found her one day leaving the nail place two doors down from her newest salon Sonali. Needless to say, I was beyond excited to have found her because I am VERY particular about my eyebrows and she does them perfectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. She has a soft touch and her threading is almost painless. She's as sweet as can be and does a phenomenal job. Her prices are great and her service is even better. Today was my first time at this place and wow! Excellent customer service! She listened to how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and also advised me on what not to do and what to do with my eyebrows. She made my eyebrows look really natural and not too over arched or thin. She is very kind and is just an awesome lady! My eyebrows have been starting to look a little wonky - probably from too much at home maintenance during quarantine. With my sister's wedding coming up in December I knew I had to get them evened out and since I know my eyebrows well I knew the best way to do that was to grow them out and then have them fully reshaped right before the wedding. For the past two months I've been diligently growing them out. With how fast my hair grows I can't just let them grow with zero grooming so I've been doing light maintenance - telling the people who are threading my brows not to touch the front at all (the area I'm really trying to even out) and just to give them a light clean. I gave those exact instructions to the woman at this salon today. She said she understood but as she was threading my brows I felt like she was taking hair off the area I told her not to touch. She assured me she wasn't but when she finally gave me a mirror I saw that the entire area of growth - all two months of strategic hair growth! - were gone. She didn't listen to me at all. Now my only options for the wedding are to either thin my brows out or have them be uneven for the wedding - neither option is appealing. Especially since I had planned this for months and had been growing my brows out with a goal in mind. I even gave explicit instructions because I know my brows and my face but the woman did what she wanted instead. I've been getting my eyebrows done for 20+ years and this is the most disappointing experience to date. Would not recommend this salon to anyone, there are way better options in the area. read more

I decided to give this place a shot & told the owner I didn't care how she shaped them or how thin she needed to go, I just wanted them even! & she did a great job! Absolutely enjoyed my visits! I am always well taken care of and she always makes sure that I am comfortable. Between threading she takes breaks to ask if you like your results, then once she is finished she asks for your approval once more then gives you a nice massage! I haven't been able to go back, but I am waiting when I have time (even if I look like I have caterpillars for eyebrows). Highly recommend!! read more

This review is long overdue... Let me first start off by saying I am typically very picky when it comes to my eyebrows so I tend to stick with the same salon. My old threading salon kept upping the prices and since recently moving I wanted something closer to home and more affordable. Not only does Ketan keep her prices more than affordable, her experience, quality and customer service make her the best salon to go to for threading-hands down. She is always welcoming and kind with a smile. The only reason this place is rarely packed is it's location (it's in a small shopping center by Walgreens and easy to miss if you're driving by). By far the best salon to treat your eyebrows! She is such a sweet lady with a professional touch. This was my first time threading my eyebrows, and Sonali made it a great experience. We were a walk-in visit around the end of the day and she was very nice to stay late to take care of us. I expected it to be extremely painful, but it wasn't that way at all. She was fast and has great skills to make your eyebrows look beautiful! Most of all, she makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. You can get parts of your face threaded, and will be very satisfied with the results. At the end of the visit we got henna tattoos in a bracelet design, and they turned out beautiful!
