I came into the service center feeling frustrated because I simply wanted straightforward answers regarding my service concerns. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the clarity I needed through the Tesla app, nor could I reach anyone at the service center directly. When I arrived, I was honestly feeling a bit lost. Out of everyone at the service center, Homer was the only person who took the initiative to approach me and ask if I needed assistance. What's even more impressive is that he was not my assigned Service Advisor and wasn't responsible for helping me that day. Despite that, Homer took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly and professionally. He never made me feel rushed and ensured I left with a complete understanding of the situation. That level of care and customer service is rare these days, and it's especially refreshing to experience it at a service center. Homer went above and beyond what was expected, and his willingness to help completely changed my experience. Thank you, Homer, for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication to helping customers. Also if you're on a road trip and need to charge past 80%, they charge extra (idle fees even though you're not idling) for that as well. We like this location because the several times we've been here, it's never full nor busy. Charging also seems to be faster than other Tesla Supercharger locations in the SFV. This is the first time we are at this location on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4:25pm and there are still more than 8 spaces available for charging. When we are around the area we prefer this Supecharger location than the one in Northridge.

The line took forever to move through to even get to stay in line for charging. There were a ton of people in non EV cars unknowingly in line and honking at the EV cars in line. An absolute mess. Avoid at all costs if you can!!

I feel that they could have situated this further from the entrance and avoided a lot of the traffic issues. This particular charging station always seems to have a wait, no matter whether you come morning, noon or night. And one or more out of the chargers is always out of service. On my most recent visit yesterday, I waited nearly half an hour just to plug in. This is pretty common. Electrify America needs to do better. There need to be more charging stands in more convenient locations. A ton of federal money has been injected into improving the EV charging infrastructure in America, so what's the problem?
