The person at the front desk didn't say a single word as I walked out. As I was heading out the door, the therapist (who I assume was supposed to do my massage) came strolling in with a box of food, yelling for me to come back and saying she'd be right there. At that point, I told her I had already waited long enough and left. The whole experience was beyond unprofessional -- disorganized, unwelcoming, and just plain weird. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
