I went to get highlights and a base break and usually she does it at the same time. When she rinsed the foils I asked her about it and she lied and said "Not at the same time" even though she did it simultaneously before. I reminded her she did it at the same time last time and she denied it. So three hours, $300 and a $50 tip she did not deserve later, I went home and noticed white Cruella Deville stripes in front and a big dark brown streak in the back. I went right back the next day to point it out and she said "No, it's fine" and "You are wrong", etc. What !? She literally refused to make it right! I have never seen such a lack of honesty and professionalism in my life. I left, pissed off, with bad looking hair. Later, the owner, Cassandra reached out after likely witnessing the exchange. She was kind enough to offer a re-do herself. In other words she offered to do Lilianna's job, not that I would EVER let Lilianna touch my hair again. She did the base and foils simultaneously and in half the time. She couldn't have been more detailed oriented, professional, and kind. Well the five stars are for Cassandra who had the know-how and the professionalism to fix Lilianna's botched job. I now have a great color job and will go back - To CASSANDRA. It is a shame that an owner had to clean up the mess made by an employee who took no accountability whatsoever for her poor work. I would HIGHLY recommend Cassandra. A GREAT job ! Thank you!

When I arrived at the salon, the stylist Nes greeted me warmly. I asked to add an extra service, knowing it would take more time, and she was more than happy to accommodate me on short notice. The hair wash was excellent I could tell she uses high-quality products. My hair is more on the natural side, so I needed someone experienced with my texture, and she was clearly knowledgeable about a wide range of hair types. I left feeling taken care of and very satisfied with the experience. The salon was very clean very well kept. It did not smell like burning hair like most salons. It was very quiet and the background music was very clean. We had great conversations. The location is very convenient as it is in a shopping plaza that has different things from restaurants to convenient stores. I had a consultation and during that consultation I got a hand written estimate of the total price out the door being $1457.35 for everything done. I agreed and set up an appointment with Erika and gave them a $500.00 deposit. During the appointment my hair is already being colored and then they tell me "oops! It's actually gonna be a higher price than what was told to me during my consultation." That's wrong. They will tell you a price just to get you to sit in their chair, then once you are trapped there and already getting worked on then they bring the bad news. The news that they lied. I would have been more than happy to pay the higher price; had that been discussed during my consultation. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Once you tell someone a price and it is agreed upon, you need to honor that agreement. I hope this never happens to anyone else, please please two nine salon, get your estimates correct during consultations and makes sure your employees are trained on prices. After all that, they did refund me my $500.00 deposit and I did not have to pay for what they had started as far a coloring. & they lost a $2000.00+ sale/client.
