This place is awful. My husband and I were fans of sonic, so after moving here we decided to get a quick bite to eat. We both got burgers and both were wrong. We took them back, got 2 new ones, and they were both still wrong, in a new way. We each found a hair in ours so we threw them away. There was a cook with long hair and he was playing with it and fixing it while working which was gross enough. We felt sick after eating them as well. Only giving one star because I can't give zero! Holy moly does this place need some serious overhaul. Waiting 40 minutes for a drink is beyond ridiculous. The food is never good, or cooked correctly. Super slow. My orders are always messed up. Each and every single time I get a blast it's just ice cream, hardly any Oreos/candies/ whatever I choose. A blast should be filled with what you Ordered. For instance if you order a brownie blast it should be brownies inside not just freakin ice cream and two pieces of brownies!!! Anyways I will never come here again. They suck! read more

Be prepared to "pull up" and wait for your order. Went twice for a shake and had to "pull up ". Waited 10 minutes or so before I had to ask where the shake was. The car in front of me pulled up also only to have to come right back because his order was wrong. I don't necessarily blame the kids working. I think it's poor management. The same goes for the Bluffton Sonic. Always have to "pull up"! read more

I came in this evening through the drive thru just to grab milkshakes! We were the second car and a nice guy came out and grabbed our money due to the car in front of us to waiting on food. All of a sudden we hear a girl yelling at the poor guy. We finally pull up to the window and she's yelling at him about our milkshakes. As were pulling off we still hear her at the stop sign! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I work in food&bev and couldn't believe this was going on; y'all really need to do something about this girl because her smart mouth and pure nastiness will ruin yalls image! read more

Sonic is not getting any better! Every time is a different experience. I ordered 3 #1 combos w/o onions, 1 with no tomatoes add bacon. All the sandwiches were wrong but my kids were fine with theirs but I wasn't. My order was taken back only for the manager to come out and tell me my order was taken wrong and I had to show her she was WRONG and to show her in fact that onions were on my burger. That's a little much for an error on their end and then she brings the burger back and apologizes. I'm not sure if I even want to eat the burger now. read more

It took almost 15 minutes in the drive-through to even place an order. This place is extremely slow. Then I had to keep repeating my order to the gal taking the orders. I would not recommend this place at all, it doesn't even deserve one star. read more

Rude staff! I was given rude attitude for no reason just because it was busy. I can understand if I was rude but I had other people in the car that said I didn't deserve that. Highly unprofessional and obviously do not care about customers. There are many other good places in Beaufort that give customers the respect they deserve. read more

Went to Sonic last night. After waiting 25 minutes for our shake and blast, the car next to us got their order (there 5 minutes and had a mini Reese's blast and a #16). We asked the carhop if he could check on our order. A few minutes later, he brought the car next to us some straws. A few more minutes and over the speaker someone asked, "Hey, what did you order". I repeated my order. 7 minutes later someone came over the speaker again and asked if I had already paid for my order. I said "no". He then said, "well, tell me your order again so I can ring it up". I said "Nevermind" and left. I was there for over 45 minutes for nothing, just a complete waste of my time. And by the way, they were not crowded, just clowning around. The car next to us was told "Big Bird said you need to go home". The guy in the truck said, "Excuse me?" the person on the speaker laughed and said "Oh, I got the wrong car".
