You can't check it on your phone to pick up orders because the screen are down and the sharpie marks are wiped off of the laminated paper they have taped up. We went to pick up our order at the window, and were told they would bring it to us. After a few minutes of the app saying the order was ready and letting a kid know that, and that the manager said he would bring it out, I sent my husband back in to retrieve our snack, and then again to get a straw. The food was OK. The service is horrible. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese burrito only to get 2 miles down the road and discovered I have a bacon egg and cheese burrito. Called back to the store to talk to a little white guy (only descriptive, so hopefully Management determine who he was) who says I didn't mess it up. I repeated it to you at the drive-through. But I specifically recall that what he said at the drive-through was do you want the combo or just the burrito. We have these Sonic ads in Seattle but I have never seen one till I got here. I ordered a dog and a sunday I was not impressed with the dog but it was good and the chocolate sunday was great and a fair size. You can order and eat in your car or do drive thought OR walk up to a light menu board with tables push the button and place your order and someone brings it out.... I did the last. Grounds could us a cleaning but I'm guessing if your eating in your car you don't care anyway about the grounds. read more

Let me start by saying that I am completely empathetic with fast food workers during this Corona issue. That being said, this is what greeted me at the drive thru. A little unprofessional, especially that part about yelling, but whatever, I was polite. Ordered a chili cheese FRY and a drink. About 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 at the stalls, so not a rush. Got to the front and the employees were nice enough and i got my food. I didn't think to check my order because I got two things that weren't complicated and the fries were in the covered sleeve so why pull them out right? Got home ... chili TATER TOTS. I didn't experience any of the negatives which other reviewers experienced. The only problem I had was the speaker wasn't working correctly at first but it cleared up after a few seconds. The food was typical and not horrible like other reviewers have stated. After my food was delivered the carhop asked if there anything else I needed which is a first at any Sonic. read more

This used to be a pretty good place but has gone downhill. Everything from the speed you get served, to the quality of food you receive, just isn't as good as it used to be. They are pretty much always busy, at least whenever I've been by. My favorite is their Supersonic Bacon Double, it's very good. However it's not worth the wait at this location. Not only that but the food is inconsistent. Sometimes my burger or cheese coney will be skimpy, without much of anything on it at all. My advice is they spend some more time training their people better. Learning how to serve customers and prepare the food properly. read more

I totally agree with everything Carol said. Waited in line forever to order. Waited forever to get the food. Woman had mic open on drive thru and I could hear her yelling at other workers. She had no idea what she was doing and I'm not sure she was speaking English. She mostly just scowled and grunted at me. Tried to charge me for ice water! After all that, forgot the ranch dressing. Need I say more? Everything about this store screams unprofessionalism! Sonic corporate needs to come in and do a major overhaul or just shut it down completely. Almost every morning (I would say 98% of the time). I try to go to Sonic for breakfast but is NEVER open when the time says it is supposed to be. The hours state 6 am opening time. Usually I don't worry about it a go to McDonalds, but I hate McDonald Breakfast. This has been going on for about two years. It is usually hit or miss but 98% of the time miss. I have talk with employees and they always say we are running a little late. When I worked fast food as a youth, if the store opened at 6 am you were there by at least 5:30 am. If you are not going to be open until 6:30 am then change your FREAKING hours. Quit aggravating your loyal customers. Another thing is get FREAKING ham back on your breakfast menu. I stopped by this Sonic just this past week and the other reviews are spot on: this location takes FOREVER. I must have waited in line 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I ordered a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. They did have the "chewy ice" in my drink which was good as other reviewers said it wasn't available when they stopped by. The sticks were lukewarm and the cheese was the consistency of string cheese. So gross. The cheeseburger bun was so cold I couldn't figure out if the entire hamburger was cold or just the bun.
