Not super impressed with this sonic location. We drove out of our way off the interstate needing the cool drink, crushed ice and comfort of the sonic cup as we make the long trek home. Diving in, It feels kinda dirty but this didn't surprise us for the area we were in. There was only one other person there.... Which was kinda surprising for a day that is in incredibly hot! When our drinks arrived things seemed to look up. Cold flavored sparkling water for the win. About an hour down the road I popped the top to enjoy some ice and was so disappointed! Not the classic sonic ice that brings loyal customers out of their way when traveling but large barrel ice.... Say what!!! I think what was most disappointing was no one said anything. Absolutely horrible service. Horrible attitude from the employee taking our order. Would give zero stars if I could.

Was sitting at one of the kiosk for more than 20+ min, not only did they forget about us but they thought we were DoorDash. Just for the next 10 min come out with the wrong order, and then yet again came out with one of my drinks messed up completely. We were given dirty looks and made it seemed like we messed up even though we just wanted two shakes, they even gave our order to the car next to us at first. read more

For years this sonic has been terrible 9 times out of 10 they get my food wrong and that's after having pushed the button and waited 30-45 mins just to place the order. Fries, tots, mozzarella sticks are most normally cold or taste like they were cooked in old oil, burgers made wrong, special orders are more than likely to be wrong. I waited 30 minutes for my order I prepaid for and they brought the wrong order, so I waited "thinking" they were bringing my correct order and after 15 minutes I finally got someone to answer my stall button and acted like they didn't know anything about it, I told them I don't want the food I just want refunded, they said can't refund because no manager was there, so they took my order again, about 15 minutes later the kid brought my food apologized and walked off, and again the wrong order....2 wrong size melted drinks , 2 wrong burgers, and 2 wrong size rings. my only complaint was when i had a mobile order and i came in and was waiting for a while, which didn't bother me any. the thing that bothered me was the girl who took out my order. i forgot to add ranch and bbq sauce to my order (i felt bad for asking but i really like sonics ranch and bbq sauce) and she just had a really bad attitude taking out my order and going back in to get the sauces. just sounded rude overall and wasn't the most pleasant experience but i did appreciate that the food was fresh and good. read more

We just moved here last weekend and this has been our go-to for dinner (and lunch) for about half of the time here. As far as Sonics go, this is one of the better ones I've been to. We like it because of the variety and value, and the kids love the slushes. Plus, well, happy hour prices are pretty awesome. Today I had an awesome car hop named Aian (I may have it wrong...not sure) who had a tremendously awesome personality. Ps Belton Sonic if you read this, give him a raise, you've got a great employee there. And Belton folks make sure you tip your carhops. It's cold and for what it's worth, if you don't want to walk out in the cold, they might not be so fond of it either, and an extra tip makes it more bearable. I am offended by the sign that they put up in front if their restaurant. It's hard to believe that the employee that made the sign didn't know right from wrong, offensive or acceptable. Please boycott this restaurant due to their lack of sensitivity,and obvious mismanagement due to lack of proper training. Apologies are not enough in this situation.
