This is by far the worst sonic I have ever visited and poor customer service. They play too much games in the drive through. Waited in line for 30mins and still got asked to wait. I finally got a chance to order and a male voice repeatedly said he can't hear me ( even though I was speaking clearly). I raised my voice enough for the next car to hear me but he still said he can't hear me. But my question is if you can't hear me how come whenever I ask did you get my order he will reply "I didn't get it because I can't hear you!" If I can't rate this place -100 I would! read more

The breakfast burrito is terrific. I love Sonic. It's definitely a break from the invasion of West Coast healthy living hipster extremism that's essentially classism. You can live healthy and still enjoy fast food in appropriate doses. I have never seen this place not crazy busy. The drive through line is always a mile long, and they usually only have 1 drive through lane open. I tend to do the drive in side... You usually wait about the same amount of time or less for food, but you don't have to keep your car running. The service here is more polite than most places in PG. My order has always been right, and my shakes perfectly made. Oh man, what awesome shakes they are! Been wanting to try the shakes since they opened a week ago. The line to get to drive-thru was very long. After waiting about 25 minutes ordered vanilla shake. (1/2 price after 8pm) It was ok, nothing special, tried the strawberry shake as well, too sweet! I usually love sonic, but the low reviews on this particular sonic are pretty accurate. We didn't even end up eating there the service was so rough. My husband was interrupted mutiple times ordering his meal, he was told repeatedly they couldn't hear him, from our end he was pretty loud. As soon as they got his drink order our total popped up on the screen with payment options before he could even order mine. It was so frustrating we just drove next door to Chick-fil-A. read more

This was the worst experience from Sonic'a Drive-In. The workers tonight were very ill-mannered and short tempered. Just overall unprofessional. They had a hard time hearing us through the intercom. The aggressive, muffled worker was RUDE. Since he was unable to hear me, I spoke louder and slower so he can understand what we were ordering. He said "yo don't y'all to me like I'm stupid. I see what you tryna do. You g'on talk to me different." We kept the same tone and told him because he couldn't hear us we were trying to make sure he hears. When we got to the window they were rude and didn't apologize for their aggressive remarks towards us. It was not okay. We drove all the way from Virginia for this and it was just not okay for them to be rude. Not only to us but to anyone. If you're getting compensated to work in a customer service position, you need to work professionally and be kinder to people who are giving you business. There are two things that I will point out and leave it at that because I spent more time waiting on my order than eating my food (one bite and tossed it).
