I love Sonic. The food is good greasy American fast food, but this place is nasty. The service is horrible, rude, and careless. The 2 sonic cheeseburgers I just purchased are literally cold to the touch, so no telling how long they've been sitting out on a counter. This Sonic is either great or not great... there's no in between. Tonight I ordered pickle fries. They were room temp, soggy and there's wasn't many in the container. I got mozzarella sticks also. They were good, but no dipping sauce. It was an ordeal to get things fixed. I felt bad for complaining, but things like this happen here a lot. Normally this sonic is very good during the day but at night it is terrible. Last night Oct 31 my friend and I placed 2 mobile orders, pulled into the stall, typed the number, and waited. Our sonic app said our food would be ready by 7:50 but we didn't get our food til 8:40. During that time we had to call them TWICE to ask them to please bring our food out. I know we weren't the only ones who were dealing with this because during that almost hour of sitting in the car we didn't see one employee going to any of the other cars either. All I ordered was a corn dog and a slushy a very simple order. Finally a guy brought my food and gave us the bag and walked away but they forgot my sauce and I had to yell for him to hear me and all I said was "I had a ranch and a honey mustard if you don't mind." He came back and handed us a bag FULL of ranch and honey mustard. This was such an unnecessary response. It was very "sassy." The service was just rude and terrible. This was my last visit ever to Sonic. Burnt tots, a burger that looked like it was put together by someone that didn't give a shit. Chicken strips were somehow devoid of batter. This sonics in Cleveland location was the worst sonics I have ever been to. The bathroom was worse than a truck stop bathroom it was filthy!!!! The young gentleman I complained to was extremely nice, that's why I'm giving it one star. The food was terrible! I got a corndog did not come with any mustard and there was french fries stuck to it showing me that their oil needs changed !!!! So II would not recommend it to anyone it was absolutely terrible!!! This place is not that far from where I live so it's very convenient and great place to go and just hang out and have a little bit of fun
