Absolutely the worst sonic on the planet. I knew better than to waste money here. Ordered in the app waited longer than expected but that's cool. Get the burger out of the bag and I feel something hard open it and the bun was so hard it could've been used as a weapon. Buzz the car hop show her she apologizes and has them remake the burger. I get the remake and it looks like it's been burned at the stake but the bread is fine. The service has always been hit or miss at this restaurant but the last three or four times I've been all have a common theme.... The food is so bad you can't eat it. Save your money either drive across town or pick somewhere else. 15.00 for something I'll give to the neighbor's dog and if he has any sense he will at least give me the stink eye for trying to give him slop. read more

We stopped going to the Sonic on Water Level Highway for almost a year because the food was always undercooked or overcooked or just tasted really bad. Tonight we decided to give it another shot. BIG MISTAKE! We got 2 orders of jumbo popcorn checken. First of all they were cold and so hard they weren't even edible. And jumbo they were not! We ordered fries and they were almost still frozen. We also got a large chili cheese fry. The price went up and the size went down. It was so bad there was no use in going back to complain because I highly doubt it would have been any better. We officially will never go back to this location again. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

The service is a little bit better here than before and other reviews. However, they need to clean their bath rooms more often. The French fries I ordered were not fully cooked and a little cold. They also a little too greasy. On the other hand, my hot dog was cooker just right. It was a chile cheese coney. My car hop needs to be more friendly and at least smile. Much like previous reviews if you are wanting Sonic, go to Paul Huff Pkwy. This Sonic has become famous for being the slowest fast food place on the planet! Stopped by after school and waited 45 mins. for drinks and corn dogs and finally left with crying hungry kids. Decided to try again this week and waited 25 mins. for a cheese burglar and tots and was the only customer there! They did finally bring the order out and said it was free good thing since it was all so cold you couldn't eat it! I am not sure what has happened here, but don't bother eating, get a drink and leave! read more

"One star is too high," said my friend after visiting this Sonic. If all you want is water, go here. If you want any food or a slush, try a different Sonic. Even a simple grilled cheese is too difficult (something that I hope was part of a burger ended up in my grilled cheese). And heaven forbid you want a slush, it might not be what you ordered, mixed up, or even available. I don't write reviews, but couldn't let others make the same mistake that I have made. Twice, because I thought they deserved another chance after completely messing up my order the first time. This sonic truly needs to get it together sis. We ordered a large, received a medium, the cake batter shake wasn't blended, there were nerds in the brownie batter shake, the burger was wrong, and there was a tot in the jumbo sauce chicken :p but the employees were cool. Kudos to them read more

My brother in law ate here and ended up in the hospital sick as death for 2 days from food poisoning. This location has gone from just slow to downright dangerous. read more

Living off Waterlevel Highway, a close and quick stop for food options are limited so Since this Sonic is close we've stopped here often. It seems like each stop the quality of the food goes down hill. Nobody wants to pay $8 for a meal and the fries taste like they sat under a heat lamp for an hour, chicken shouldn't taste like it's been cooked twice and only should have topping that were requested! Don't order corn dogs at this Sonic. The last two times we have there have been issues. A couple of months ago I ordered 1 for my grandson and when he bit into it the hot dog was still frozen. I sent it back, the next one had raw batter as did the 3rd. I finally gave up and convinced him to get a grilled cheese. We stopped by tonight and i had actually forgotten about this so we ordered 3 corn dogs. One had raw batter and another looked as if someone had eaten off o e whole side. We sent that back and waited forever for them to bring the replacement. We finally just asked for a refund and they immediately brought out a cold corn dog and the guy says oh I'm sorry I thought he brought it out. I went here for breakfast to pick my Fiancé and I something up to eat. When I made it back to work to give him his food, the bag was full of grease, when I managed to get all of the food out and unwrap the burritos,they were laying open and grease had the burrito completely saturated that they were just falling apart. I went to open the order of chili tots that were also in the bag to see old crusted chili on top and SURPRISE even more grease!!! We couldn't even eat our food that we paid for. Just let this Sonic and couldn't get anyone to take my order. Not going to beg to have my order taken I just took my business to one of the other 50 fast food establishments in Cleveland. Never have this problem at the Paul Huff establiment. read more
